Was told one price then charged a lot more. Felt like given the run around when asked for breakdown of new charge amount.. Glad the dishwasher gasket was replaced but feel like charged too much for the 10 minutes the guy was here. Part on internet was less than $18.
I love GE Refrigerator and their repair service. When i called they have the record of my previous repair 10 years ago and whenever i bought my Refrigerator (GE Profile Artica) When the Repair Guy (Jim) he is very friendly, professional and thorough with explaining what’s wrong and how it’s going to be fixed and warranty, he even repaired the ice cube maker and water dispenser that I said is not working aside from the original repair that I requested (freezer not working) Buy GE , Great Company.
