Did a great Job. The only reason why they missing a star from me was because they did come late to the appointment. Although I am sure they probably had a customer they wanted to stay to get the job done right.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never use this company! They disconnected my sensor while fixing the issue I called them for. I called them twice explaining the dryer was not drying after the repair even though it was drying beforehand. Two visit later I was told by their top tech it was the dryer vent cover and dryer duct hose that needed to be repaired. Having both fixed and still not drying I called a different company. Turns out they disconnected my sensor and two visit later didn't figure that out. So I paid an additional $175.00 to fix something they broke. Also, I was told on the phone one bad review won't change anything by this company. What kind of customer service is that?

We are very happy with our dryer repair experience with Chicagoland Appliance Repair. They were available within hours of our call, arrived within the time frame that they provided, and performed the repair professionally.
