I really hate giving one star! I would of gave none! I will never do service with A & G again. I never received a call to be scheduled. When i finally did and we scheduled a time i told them that i had a 2:45 appointment that I could not miss. When they called to say that the parts were in and that they could now come out to work on the repair which was a week later than the initial call I against told them about this appointment and requested an AM appointment. On the day of the repair I again reminded them about my appointment and they gave me an appointment time between 2:45 and 6 pm. A & G said they would call first. Of course they called at 3pm and told me that I wasn’t home and I would need to reschedule for next Wednesday. 3 weeks from my initial call. When I called the company back and asked when they were circling back to my home they told me to reschedule and then hung up on me!! PLEASE DONT USE A & G FOR YOUR REPAIRS!!

The repairman who came to see about the issue was very professional and knew right away what the issue was. Unfortunately due to the cost of the parts it could not be repaired but I will be able to get another a new one through my home warranty service and be reimbursed for part of the cost since it could not be repaired. I appreciate A&G always getting the diagnosis right and being up front about what things are. I will continue to use them.

A&G Repair was very prompt, and professional. I was informed in a timely manner the exact time of arrival. Not the morning of like some companies prefer. Also, the technician explained the problem clearly, and I have not had a problem since. I highly recommend A&G Repair for service.

Sent photos of leaking pump-1st tech came out didn’t even look in/under dishwasher- stated it was a door seal and we could continue using with small water spillage. Phoned the company spoke with manager-manager stated his tech was correct about the door seal. 2nd tech comes out- wrong part-it’s not the door seal leaking, it’s the pump. 3rd tech scheduled/calls my number asks for the wrong person then proceeded say we didn’t answer and never shows up. Phone and spoke with manager explained the situation and ask him to do the right thing and get someone over to do the repairs. He disagreed stated he didn’t have time to discuss and hung up on me. AWFUL AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Warranty repair on my Whirlpool dryer. Greg was polite, friendly professional and prompt scheduling service on my dryer. Saul the technician arrived on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the repairs and my dryer is working like new. I would call this company in the future even if my repairs were not under warranty. 👍 2/27/20

Came to repair my refrigerator under warranty. The person I talked with on the phone to schedule the repair was very polite and informative. Pete the repair technician was awesome! He was really nice and explained the repair/what he was doing. He also made the kids smile and laugh. Couldn't recommend him enough - thanks again Pete!
