I work long hour shifts and have two dogs and a cat, so cleaning has always been problematic for me in terms of finding the time for it and making enough effort to get rid of all the hair and smell in the house. Eventually, I got really tired of trying too hard to juggle it myself. Finally, I decided it was time to call for help. A good friend of mine recommended me to call Euromaids and I’m so glad I did! Euromaids were a huge help! They knew exactly how to quickly and effectively remove pets’ hair from my furniture. They also used green cleaning products, which was really essential for me, because I get bad headaches from using products with strong chemical smell. Overall, I’m very happy with the service Euromaids provide and will recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality and environmentally friendly cleaning service.

I was working an estate sale in Wheaton, the goal of which was to sell everything. What happened in the process is that whatever wasn't sold was thrown all over the floors, contents of shelves emptied into corners, hundreds of people coming in from the snow tracked slush all over the carpets, and the place was in general ruins. After looking for a cleaning service online I found a coupon for EuroMaids on Facebook. Given the estate-sale-ruins in question, they were helpful and prompt. The carpets were well cleaned, the piles of garbage collected and disposed. On top of cleaning up after the sale, other details such as windows and blinds, years old marks from furniture, and even the doorknobs were cleaned. EuroMaids definitely earned repeat service.

Could not discourage hiring these cleaners more.

Hired for the first time for a one-time cleaning prior to Christmas. The biggest issue is that they put a hole in my 2 year old bath tub (a fiberglass tub). This is a tub I use everyday to bathe my children. My wife and I would have noticed if there was a hole there prior to the cleaners coming. They claim that the tub is 'very strong' and the only way to put a hole in the tub would be to use a hammer. It's fiberglass...these tubs chip and dent easily. That's why you can buy repair kits for them at Home Depot.

In the end they refused to reimburse me for the damages and did not offer to refund any of the charge for the cleaning.

In addition to the hole in the tub, the cleaner who was cleaning that bathroom, and one other on the second floor of my home, spent 2 hours doing so...and while he was up there a 'supervisor' stopped by claiming to be checking the cleaners' (there were 2) work. I thought this seemed odd. After the cleaners left, the one cleaning the upstairs bathrooms had not cleaned the baseboards of the bathrooms, or behind the toilets. And this was after the supervisor had been checking his work for 5-10 minutes...seems like a big miss for investing that much time into cleaning 2 bathrooms.

And getting back to the hole in the tub...if there was a hole there before the cleaners came, one would think that either the cleaner, or the supervisor who stopped by, would have called attention to the hole to make it known that they did not create the hole...and would have noticed it when they were cleaning the tub...

I’ve used Euro Maids cleaning services for the past 6 months and have been loving it. They did a much better job than the last cleaning company I hired. They were very professional and attentive. They cleaning crew was in and out very quickly. Highly recommend them!

Ordered deep clean for our home. They said it would take 6.5 hours. I had some things to take care of while the crew was here so I wasn't home. When I got home, nothing from the deep clean package was done. Doors, fans, stairs everything was dusty. Guest bathroom was not even cleaned. When I moved laundry basket in our master closet floor was dusty. The floor was not washed. Microwave was not cleaned. Anyways it was horrible. To top it off I checked our door sensors and found out they were at our house for only 5 hours, we paid for 6.5. I called and emailed the company. I emailed some of the pictures. No one ever spoke to me on what else needed to be done. They left me a msg saying someone will come to redo it. Another crew came 2 days later. They had only an hour assigned had a list of the things I emailed about. All other things I found later after emailing them was not done. I was expecting them to redo the whole 6.5 hours. Instead they came wiped all the dust, which fell on my clean floors and left. Never again! Horrible service. No one even called after to ask how did the redo go!!!

I purchased a Groupon 5 hrs of cleaning. They sent two people. They spot cleaned the floors. One of the people sent seemed really inexperienced. She knocked a picture off the wall and broke a paddle off ceiling fan. The company promised to send me $50 for the repair. I haven't received it and they don't return calls. They partially cleaned 1st floor and the basement. I wasn't not given a choice on what I wanted cleaned. I would have preferred the 1st floor and upstairs. The workers explained to me they where instructed to do the basement and 1st floor.

I have used this company three times. The first time a team was sent out that was worth every dime that I paid for a deep clean. The second time, a team was sent out that needed to be instructed to mop floors and re-do areas that they tried to cheat on...they were so lazy that I called the office to inform that this team was not welcome to return (nope, no percentage off, or other coupon for future use to compensate for a horrible job done). I just paid for a third clean, which was a deep clean, and this team was mediocre at best. The team was present from 1045-315 and they just stopped where they were. Perhaps they had another job? The male who cleaned a hallway bath must've had an inch of water on the floor - the shoeing had been so saturated it was boggy and cracked. Not all baseboards had been wiped, and more than acceptable dusting was missed. I paid extra for the oven to be cleaned - the oven was sprayed, but most spray was left coated inside. By this time, the male cleaner had packed up their junk and was sitting in the car waiting for the woman to exit my home, so I tipped them (they did work) and got rid of them....I ultimately spent another 2 hours cleaning up the mess that they left me. Oh, and this team was sent based on confidence of the woman who confirmed my appointment....says a whole lot about their quality! Never again. Spend your money (this cost me $300 for a 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhome) elsewhere.

I will NEVER use this company again. I purchased a move-in service and not only were the 2 staff they sent out not good at all, when I reviewed places that needed to be redone, the response was "I'm only human". How rude is that? That same guy suggested I follow up to complain to the office to have him come back out! The company sent 2 more staff out that did a better job than the first set but nothing like what was expected in the first place. The first set of staff left so many things still dusty and dirty- the bathrooms, windows, light switches, doors, refrigerator. I was completely disappointed and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I had one lady come clean my home for five hours. She was a little late, but did a FANTASTIC job cleaning! I was so impressed that I booked another cleaning in two months. She brought all of her own cleaning supplies and worked the whole time she was here.
