Omar is wonderfully detail-oriented, and our company has never had such an efficient and thorough cleaning team. We love them & highly recommend.

They are awful. Their cleaning crew is lazy and doesn’t do what’s in contract. They don’t even do the bare minimum. When we told the case manager that they weren’t doing what they were supposed to when they were scheduled to do it, she didn’t know what was listed in the contract either. We hired them for 2 days a week. They are supposed to vacuum at least once a week and they vacuum maybe once a month. They wipe stuff down once every two weeks or so when they’re supposed to every visit. They don’t even replace the garbage bags in some cans and will leave toilet dispensers almost empty. We’ve watched our cameras and have seen one guy just walk around on his phone the whole time. They have even broken property and have not replaced it. The list of things they do incorrectly is too long to even put into one review. We are paying them for stuff we end up having to do. Don’t waste your time or money with this company they are awful.

Sam, our account manager, has been instrumental in ensuring that we receive excellent service. He has been exceptional in following up on any concerns we may have.

We use Buildingstars for the Maywood office. The cleaning team does an outstading job. Our office has a lot of dust due to the business type (trucking) and they do an excellent job wiping down all the cabinets, blinds and desks if requested. Thank you!

Absolutely the best in Chicagoland!!! I've used many other cleaning services throughout the years for my building and Sheryl did not disappoint and nor did she give up on convincing me to switch our services over. 😂 Sheryl would come to visit the building and point out areas that need attention, and I'm one of those people that doesn't like change. But eventually, once I switched Holy Moly, I really didn't know what a clean facility should really look like until I started working work Building Stars. Here I thought I was the picky one. They really take this type of work seriously and out do any other service I've used in the past. Glad I switched! Very happy with the clean. I wish they had a residential service to offer too. I'd switch in a heart beat!

I went thru Dean Rio at BuildingStars to get commerical cleaning done at my office/warehouse and it was seamless, stress free and we have an excellent working relationship! Very professional cleaning company! I have used many cleaning companies for my office, and they are the best!
They sent the best person to go through my office. Her name is Sheryl Jerzak. She was very thorough, she walked me through the whole estimation and discussed the contract. She gained my trust that her company will take care of my office.
We had issues with getting our offices re-keyed a couple of times and they were understanding of those situations as well.
I highly recommend Building Stars to everyone in the medical and dental field!
