Just had to come back to say, we received a very nice call back from Bubbles and was very pleased. They are acknowledging how we were mistreated. Also was told the young lady answering the phone when I first called, is no longer with them. Apparently after other mistakes were found. Truly felt it was a sincere apology and they could not be for accommodating on trying to make us a customer again. First by taking off the $230.00 we were charged for services not wanting. Then also a free window washing service coming out this week, which really pleases us. It is hard to find a company that from what we have experienced in the past, all the workers coming to our home were always respectful, friendly and did a terrific job. For sure will recommend them because we moved into a beautiful development and many retired people. Very close social network with neighbors always looking for referrals. So will pass around Bubbles name and verify, their services are worth hiring. Everyone makes mistakes, but to be humble enough to admit them, plus do whatever it takes to reconcile, truly shows high integrity. This is what we have done to make our family owned business grow and then sell to a larger company because of our good name in the field of our business. The technician arrived on time and did a thorough job cleaning my gutters. It is a relief not to have to risk my health climbing ladders to the 2nd floor roof and leaning over the edge to do this job. I will continue to utilize Bubbles to perform this task in the future.
