My A/C was leaking water in my house. I had two failed service call from another service before I finally called Neuhaus and Company after dealing with the issue for nearly a month. When Dakota came I met him at the door and told him if he could resolve my issue he and Neuhaus would have all my business going forward including new install when it came time for that. Dakota rose to the occasion, took a good deal of time and patience to diagnose the problem, resolved it and then went above and beyond to insure optimal performance of the unit by cleaning inside and out and getting rid of all excess water from down in the crawlspace ductwork. I meant what I said. It is Neuhaus and Dakota (or any of their qualified techs) from now on. Thanks guys.

Got a new furnance an A/C unit in a day. Very great company to work with. They were very professional and kept me in the loop all day long. My new A/C is amazing! Keeps the house very cold. Kim the office manager always goes above and beyond to make sure that tax deductions for next year is done right, doing the Ameren discounts and all. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Called on a Tuesday morning about our furnace not turning on. The technician was able to get to us that afternoon and diagnose the problem. The replacement part arrived and was installed the very next day. Everything is working great!

My recent furnace issues were not typical; however, Dakota was conscientious and personable in explaining the solutions for my older system. I have a very intermittent problem with my geothermal not cycling on for A/C or heat. Our system is so quiet, we don't realize it until the temp climbs or drops by several degrees. Joel took the service call. He was extremely professional and through in his diagnostic. Though he couldn't duplicate what was causing the issue, he explained in detail what the "possible" causes were, and what the most "probably" cause was, took plenty of pictures and discussed with Todd after the service call. A phone conversation with Todd after the service call was additionally very beneficial. And finally, their service charge is extremely reasonable. I WILL NOT hesitate to call on Neuhaus for this or any future HVAC need. Thank you for the service call!!
