Regina did a deep clean of my parents' house recently and they were very happy with the results.

Cleaning service overpriced for what was done. The ladies Karen and Erika were nice, but I felt they were not prepared for such a large house. We just moved in, had none of our stuff and just wanted a good cleaning before painting and moving our stuff in. They asked us for a broom because apparently they do not have brooms, which was a strange thing to me. A maid service with no brooms. The 49 point checklist didn’t apply for many things since we had no furniture, window treatments, wall hangings, or trash, house empty, but yet still had to pay same price. We asked to clean inside appliances, it was an extra charge on top of high price for the one time clean. We were told cabinets were too high so only the bottom half will be cleaned. We have high ceilings so not all the dusting was able to get done. We found areas missed, but also feel Karen and Erika did the best they could being 2 people for such a large house. The house was noted at 3000 sq ft prior, so it was noted the home was large. Would have been better to have someone come to the house to review it prior so cleaning crew was better prepared and also to know what you’re getting for the cost. They did review everything over the phone, but sometimes a visual is better as it seemed things were not relayed to the cleaning crew.

If cleaning were an Olympic sport, these folks would take home the gold. 🏅 They showed up on time (already impressive), worked efficiently, and left my place so clean I was afraid to touch anything and mess it up. Seriously, my home hasn’t sparkled like this since… ever. They were also super kind, which is a bonus when someone is seeing the chaos you call a living space. Highly recommend—your dust bunnies don’t stand a chance.

Maid Pro did a great job cleaning my home. I reached out to them and was delighted to speak with a friendly and professional person. The service was just as they promised and I recommend them highly.

Zach has been taking care of my yard for the past 5 summers. He is professional, reliable, and keeps my yard looking in great shape. On occasion, he has done some trimming and weeding for me, it always turns out perfect and you would never know he was ever here because he cleans up perfectly. I’m looking forward to season number six with Zach! And if you need your driveway shoveled in the winter, Zach’s your guy!
