Patrica is great with me, and gets back to my text’s quickly- the people that work for her have always been friendly, and courteous. I have a hard schedule to work with, but they are willing to help me out as I am willing to help them out. You do that for people who care.

Erika and Karen definitely changed my outlook on maid pros. They were great, they left the house spotless and were very polite. With maid pros having their 49 point checklist it makes it hard for them to miss anything when cleaning.

We consider ourselves fortunate to have landed with Maid Pro. At the top, Patricia is the owner/operator who can be counted on to ensure that only the best work for her, and in return for her customers - and she has a keen eye for talent. Karen and Jessica are two prime examples of Patricia's gift.

These two angels showed up at our front door armed with every cleaning tool and agent one could imagine. They have a process that could only be described in terms of military precision. They come in, they plan the work, then they work the plan. Corporate process improvement managers could learn from these two.

They are refreshingly personable and have excellent interpersonal relationship skills - skills they bring to the table, not skills that can be taught. Another example of Patricia’s keen insight into human potential. I think of that as I watch how genuine Karen is as she carries on - with a smile - a causal conversation initiated by me even as she hides the fact that she has a mountain of work to do. Such patience. Karen and Jessica are prime examples of the ideal employee in a customer-facing position. Bravo Patrica, and bravo to Karen and Jessica. Both a pleasure to work with.

Poor customer service with the actual owner/ person who makes decisions and the cleanings are not consistent. Tried working with them after a few bad cleanings (missed dusting spots, dust globs left on carpet, broken home decor, etc). Took days for a final response from management. Last straw was our cleaning was canceled day of. I’m usually flexible and just asked for a discount when the cleaning was rescheduled. Discount offered (10%) did not even cover the daycare we had to put the dog in for the cleaning days. When we cancel last minute the customer is charged for the entire clean. I gave 2 stars because of the 2 great cleanings we got.

From scheduling to the actual cleaning, all the staff are focused on the customer and their needs. I would highly recommend.

Jade and Alberta do such an amazing job every time they are assigned to my home. They are quick, thorough, and extremely professional. They've supervised new trainees at my home as well and pass on their professionalism each time. They are so good at what they do and make my biweekly plan well worth the price!
