Plumbing reviews in Lockport, Illinois

Excellent service. Had them come out same day and they fixed kitchen wate pipe issue. Explained everything and works great

Not EVER going to do business with a company that answers their phone with, "What the f--- do YOU want?"

Great quality work and quick response time to my plumbing emergency!

My father called with an emergency and 3 days on the trot the plumber didn’t bother to turn up!!

This is not a licensed plumbing contractor or licensed plumber at all with the state of IL. Anyone who is doing so is doing so illegally.

We had a great experience with Allen, he does quality work at the best prices out there!

Allan did an excellent job, polite clean and delivered right on estimate!! Will use again definitely.

Allen is a knowledgeable plumber. His visit was quick, and completed perfectly. I will call him again.

Best plumber in Lockport! Highly recommend!

Took the day off of work so that A1 could come and replace a hose spigot in the backyard. Appointment was at 4:00. Changed to 4:00 - 4:30, changed to 5:30 - 5:45. No show and no call as of 7:20, I take it not coming. I wish I could send them a bill for the hours I missed at work.

A-1 Plumbing is an excellent choice for any plumbing needs you may have. Quick, courteous and not $$$. Allen is very good at what he does.

I was replacing the faucets on a few sinks in my house and ran into a little trouble. I couldn't get some of the hoses of the old faucets and wanted to replace a pedestal sink that was outdated. Alan came out and turned a headache for me into a easy task for him. I am very pleased at the work that was performed and found a plumber that I would recommend to anyone.

I called him with an emergency and he was there within an hour which he said he would be...came back exactly when he said he would and fixed the problem promptly...not only that, he cleaned up better than I have in the last 2 months!!! my laundry room is perfect and I'm actually going to have him come back and do some more work for me after the new year...love the business love the service. dudes out of Lockport so he's local and that's Great... I say call this guy before you call anyone else...prices are great, services professional and the guy is really nice guy on top of all that.

Came out super fast got the job done quick. Reasonably priced.

A1 Absolute Plumbing was great. Priced very competitively. Allen came out and took care of our drainage problems. Even went the extra step to check a few other things. Cleaned up after. A great experience. Will definitely use them again.

Called A1 Plumbing, after working hours, and talked to Allen's wife, who was very polite and courteous as I rambled on about my plumbing issue. While talking to her I got the feeling that, had my issue been an extreme emergency, she would have sent Allen out right then and there, but the issue could wait until the following morning to be fixed. Allen has been to our residence prior, to replace a water heater, and for this visit, he was called out to replace our main water valve. He is knowledgeable, polite, and quoted a reasonable price before any work began. He worked quickly, but thoroughly, and solved the problem to complete satisfaction. We have more plumbing projects to do and will be calling A1 Absolute Plumbing to complete those projects….in the very near future.

I called Allen for a quote on a broken hydrant and he quoted me a very reasonable price and was available within 24 hours (I pushed back the time due to my schedule and he didn't complain). When he arrived, the project was more difficult than he originally anticipated, but he was able to complete the repair (despite very unusual plumbing) quickly. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and I would recommend him to anyone who has need of a plumbing repair. If I do, I will absolutely use him again.

Allen is highly professional and reliable and does great work fast.

Have been utilizing their services for many years. Seasoned, efficient and local with wholly judicious pricing. The best.

I’ve used A1 Absolute Plumbing twice now and both times I’ve been completely satisfied. Allen responds to calls or texts almost immediately and was prompt, friendly, and professional. I snapped my shower faucet the first time and he installed a new one and actually made it look better than before. The second time, I had an immediate need for a toilet repair and he was out the next day and had it fixed quickly. He’s very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

Had a toilet leak. Simple enough. Alan fixed it quickly and also made suggestions how to make the toilet flush better. Great job.
