Dan M came out for a leak in the wall. He spent the time explaining everything to us until we were comfortable and understood what was entailed. I have used the company before and they are Honest, Trustworthy and Courteous. A family run business.

It was pleasure to work with Trailblazer plumbing! Our initial inspection of our water softener, with quote and recommendations, was done by Dan; he sat with me, took the time to review all of our options, and answer questions. The softener install was done by Chris & Mike. Chris was very thorough, reviewed the plan, and updated me along the way—very personable. The team at Trailblazer that answers the calls is very efficient and the quick response to my initial call, questions, and changing of the initial scheduled date is appreciated. We will be using Trailblazer plumbing again for any future plumbing needs!

Dan M. Was such a fantastic cool guy! Came in and we ended up giving him more work than planned but he did an excellent job! Totally recommend him! He completed 2 drains, 2 faucets, and toilet! We are very happy with the work!

I had sewage backing up into my basement. I made a scheduled appointment and in the last 30 minutes of the appointment window they canceled and said they couldn't come out for a week, leaving me with no plumber and a worsening sewage backup.

I found another local plumbing company who came out the same day I called and I will be giving them my business going forward.

I wouldn't have posted this review if the company didn't contact me 3+ times to ask me to leave a review after my "appointment."

This was an after hours service call need for a leaking toilet valve. My technician, Chris, did a fantastic job with the fix and much needed cutoff update from the ancient original piece. Very professional, and will be calling again in the near future for some other plumbing updates needed.

Trailblazer was able to make an “emergency call” right away even though we have never used them before. Chris worked diligently all day, so that we were able to use the shower. In six hours, he didn’t even take a lunch break. As a result, we will use Trailblazer for all our plumbing needs in the future. I will definitely let my friends and family know that Trailblazer is the way to go!

Excellent customer service, tech Dan R was outstanding. Was a pleasure to have him as our tech. The office personnel was pleasant and always willing to help. Dans work was very professional and our water heater never looked so good. I was so happy to take a hot shower.

LM on Sunday with a quick response on Monday morning to have our ejector pump replaced. Thankfully, by my msg they knew I needed service asap. Dan, their technician was at my door at 12:00 ready to help us. Dan was professional and very knowledgeable in explaining what needed to be replaced as well as the cost up front. His service was wonderful.

We had Dan R. come out as our technician for today and he did such a wonderful job! He was very kind, did a thorough inspection and completed the work we needed while also giving us some estimates for other future projects. I also spoke with Laura on the phone a few times while scheduling and she was very lovely to speak with and helpful. Excellent company!

We had a great experience with Dan M from Trailblazer Plumbing. He was professional and provided excellent service for a sewer repair. He installed a new 1.5 HP Ejector Pump and a check valve, along with a replacement for the ejector pit lid.
Dan was a true standout.

He was not only knowledgeable but also a genuinely good and smart person. He even took the time to make recommendations for future projects, without knowing whether he'd get the work or not. That level of transparency and helpfulness is rare and truly appreciated.

The job was completed smoothly and efficiently, and the total cost of $1,845 felt like a great price, especially since it came with a three-year warranty. We were so impressed with his work and character that we would love for him to work on our next projects.

Dan M consulted and installed a whole house filtration, water softener, and reverse osmosis system for our new home. We live in an area that deeply needs it, but as new home owners this was all overwhelming to us. Dan made sure we understood what we were getting and why it was so valuable. He explained in great detail in a level we could understand and how to maintain our systems. Dan was very knowledgeable and personal! Trail Blazer is a terrific company. They installed a water heater previously. This time they installed a new water softener system and an RO system under my sink.
Everyone that works for the company is great. So helpful and so kind, from the wonderful ladies in the office, Laura and Debbie, to the installers. You know who is coming to your home, as the Co sends text msgs prior with the installers names and photo. Dan R review below. Chris installed the water softener which was quite the job because I had a non-working whole house infiltration system he had to remove . Michael worked on my RO system and a new faucet . They were both fantastic at their job, and so cheerful and kind. . The next day I had a question about the RO system and Dan M came out right away and checked everything and I got the answers I needed. If you're in need of any Plumbing done this is definitely the company to call.

Trailblazer is great! My water heater went out and they sent someone right away. Dan R was wonderful. Explained everything thoroughly . I knew I needed a water heater. The flame light has been going out for some time and the signal light was blinking three times which means the water heater is no longer functioning . Dan R installed my new water heater the same day. Worked so hard. Removed the old water heater and hauled away. Trailblazer has intelligent, hardworking and really nice people, and fair pricing. Highly recommend them!
