After my furnace (installed just 2–3 years ago by another company) started shutting off after a few minutes, I called Affordable American Air. Scheduling was super easy, and communication was excellent. Dejan and Ivan arrived quickly, identified that the previous installer had used the wrong pipes (which caused rust, cracking, and even a carbon monoxide leak) and immediately made the repairs. They showed detailed before-and-after photos, explained everything clearly, and treated our home as if it were their own. The price was very reasonable, and their care and professionalism truly stood out. Thanks to them, our family is safe and ready for the cold temps. Highly recommend!

The company concept seemed nice in that they have the ability to provide multiple options/brands. Pricing seemed better than most. I was a little skeptical when they told me they don't normally pull permits for the install. After my multiple emails for follow up questions went unanswered, I decided to move on to another option.

Dejan was wonderful to work with. He was able to get our very old furnace working enough to get us through the few days before installing the new. On the day of install Dejan and his team worked tirelessly until the job was done. They were very respectful and knowledgeable. Overall very happy with their service and will be scheduling a new ac unit install with them next.

I hired Mike and the team in July to replace two failing AC units and install a new furnace. At my request, they worked late into the night, to ensure my home had AC during peak heat. Their technicians clearly explained the job, answered all questions, and walked me through the new thermostat features. When one thermostat failed a few months later, they handled the warranty replacement quickly and made sure everything was set up correctly again. Their whole team was great and a special thank you to Dejan for his good nature and patience.

Overall:
Excellent experience from start to finish. They’re transparent, detail oriented, and far more thorough than other HVAC companies I’ve worked with. I researched HVAC installations on various forums and even used ChatGPT to review their proposal, everything checked out. These guys are amazing. They are super transparent and fair on pricing. I really like that they are relatable, honest and know their stuff. I have use them twice and a forever customer. Mike is great and Leo is stayed till 9pm trying to fix our furnace because the part store was close then offered to get us heaters 50 minutes one way. Extremely nice and caring guy. 🙏
