My AC went out late at night so I called and left a message. Within 5 minutes I got a call back from Michael and he was super helpful. The next morning he showed up and was able to immediately point out the problem with my AC unit and got it fixed. 10/10 would recommend!

Had very evident water condensation leaks on both of my furnaces. One company suggested I completely replace them and another company performed a "repair" that didn't work. Affordable American Air was different. A technician came in on the same day called and was able to diagnosed the real problem being poor installations performed in three different areas in each furnace. A same day repair was performed and the leaks have completely stopped. True to their name, the price was also very affordable. For the quality of work performed on two furnaces, the total cost was excellent.

Nick was great. After a long weekend of many stressors, we lost AC. Called in AA and Nick worked with us on getting an appointment first thing in the morning, walked me through good homeowner first steps, and even gave some HVAC knowledge so I could feel like I knew something haha. Thank you again for the great work

I'd highly recommend Affordable American Air to anyone I know looking for HVAC help. Mike and Dylan quickly came out to my house to diagnose the problem with my AC. I had a new AC installed the very next day. I felt I could trust Mike and Dylan right off the bat. They seemed knowledgeable, trustworthy, and affordable - I couldn't ask for more! 10/10.

As a returning customer, I'm editing this review. I've been on their annual service plan and I think it's absolutely brilliant! Affordable also conducted an air duct cleaning on my house and the technicians were courteous, respectful, and flawless. Again, 10/10 - highly recommend.

If you are looking to support an excellent local company, you found it! Honest, super friendly, and great work ethic! Our AC went out and they gave me the option to repair it even though it was already 27 years old. We ended up replacing it and the job was done in no time. Highly recommend them!

beginning at the quoting stage to the installation I’ve been extremely satisfied. Special shout out to Nick and Michael, but also some others on their team who aided in the installation. The information and the knowledge they provided to all my questions asked was very thorough. It’s good to find a company that cares. I would certainly recommend these guys to anyone. I have a monthly service with another company but when I received the quotation and information from these guys, I didn’t look back. At this point I’m strongly considering having Affordable American Air service the wonderful machine they put in. That goes to show these guys stepped up as I purchased my HVAC system through them instead of my current provider who was much more expensively priced.

Nick came by to look at the furnace and provided options to fix or replace based on our budget. Turned out it made more sense to replace the 22 year old furnace.

When Nick and Dejan did the furnace replacement I was a bit worried they might run into some issues as the furnace was located in a tight area but they made quick and easy work of it, the unit was ripped and replaced in half a day.

Along with that they cleaned our ducts which turns out desperately needed it. John took extra time to make sure they were really cleaned out well, showing me all the things he pulled out along the way.

Overall a great experience. I plan to recommend them to anyone I know who needs HVAC work.

I called Affordable American Air after getting an outrageous quote from a different company. Mike was able to come out to inspect my unit that same night! The following day they came back to replace my entire HVAC system at a way more affordable price. These guys are super informative, honest, and quick! Highly highly recommend if you are in need of service! Can’t thank them enough!!

Affordable American was very accommodating with our air conditioning needs and they fixed the issue immediately. They were able to provide us with a functional system and completed the work even during late hours. We appreciated all their help and great customer service especially during hot weather season. During a really hot stretch I had my AC give out. Was running but suddenly not cooling properly. It was 7pm. I had family in town staying with me and temperatures were rising. I left a message and Mike called me back within 30min. Super professional friendly guy. They were running all over town that night but said they would get me in. Dejan a young knowledgeable guy came out and quickly borrowed the issue down. It was a simple fix. They were honest and upfront. Didn't try and make anything a bigger deal than it was. Thanks everyone. This is my new go to place.

Nick and Mike came to our house multiple times to completely asses the situation and to make sure to cover what our house really needs. I appreciate their thoroughness, and we ended up with several plans of approach as well as their best recommendation which still fall within our budget. Everyone in their team are very professional and the work they did have made both our sons' rooms very comfortable especially in the coming summer heat.

Nick and Mike were easy to deal with and were communicative throughout the entire process. Originally, quoted a new A/C and air handler from Armstrong which was significantly less than a quote from a larger company. When I requested a Trane setup they were able to make it happen quickly. They also brought portable A/C units so my family and dog would be comfortable while we waited on parts to come in. The install was difficult because the air handler was in an attic and the temperature in the attic was over 150 deg! They removed the old unit and installed the new unit with a custom drip pan underneath. They also ran all new electric to the attic and upgraded the breakers. They worked all day/night Saturday and returned Sunday to finish up the work. They kept a positive attitude throughout the entire process and when any obstacles arose they were always quick to find solutions instead of placing blame or making excuses. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

Michael came out for a late night emergency call. Quickly. He helped me understand what happened and helped graciously with preventative tips moving forward. Stand up man. Can’t beat experience and curtesy.

UPDATE: The owner Michael reached out after this review to set things right. He ran into technical issues initiating a refund, so as an extra step he wrote a check covering all charges after my initial cancellation request and dropped it off in person. He even included a gift card for the hassle as well as a signed note confirming I would not be responsible for any future accidental charges. While I wish it didn't have to take this many steps, I appreciate him going above and beyond to make up for it. He obviously takes pride in his business and taking care of customers; thus, I'm updating my review. (I would just really advise getting rid of the AI phone service!)

Cannot get them to cancel the monthly “membership” fee! Have tried calling and emailing. No one ever answers the phone—it’s an infuriating AI answering service. I did get through to a human once who told me he would cancel and refund me the payments but that never happened. Already disputed several charges with my CC and yet another charge just appeared on my card this month so I might have to go through the hassle of getting a brand new card. Terrible way to treat customers.

I spoke with Michael just for piece of mind and clarity on some issues with my google nest in these frigid temperatures. He gave me very thorough advice and when I asked how much I owed him, he said I didn’t owe him anything and just to keep him in mind in the future. First class customer service!
