We had Kevin out to help with a toilet leak and he did a phenomenal job from start to finish. Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and ensured we had the issue resolved timely. I cannot thank Kevin for his help and I highly recommend Kevin and Jim Wagner plumbing. We will certainly be calling them for future plumbing needs.

Had a clogged line between lower bathroom and ejector pump. Kevin came in diagnosed area of concern, prepped, rodded out line. Needed to do it multiple times to get it running smoothly. Cleaned area thoroughly after work. Very happy!

Chris came with a new disposal, and installed it for me with the expertise of an experienced technician. We've had Jim Wagner Plumbing do work in our home before, and I will use them again. Kevin was very professional explained things thoroughly.

Kevin showed up within an hour of requesting emergency plumbing and gave us the best experience possible. He made the effort even during a severe thunderstorm and flood risks. We had a faulty ejector sump pump and he was in and out as fast as possible while being respectful, understanding, and as helpful as possible! I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in need of plumbing. They deserve as much recognition as possible. Sometimes you need firefighters, and other times you need waterfighers and they are the ones to get the job done!
