We had a water leak from our upstairs neighbor (for the second time) and were concerned that the multiple incidents might be creating a mold issue. Brandon found a small ammount of moisture at the top of the door frame where the water came through. He told us that we could use our dehumidifier and a fan to dry the area rather than use their services. We appreciate his integrity and will definitely call them if we have an issue in the future.
I am very happy with the services rendered by Cornerstone. From the minute I called to inquire they took immediate concern and came out asap. Ricky, Alex and Leo worked cautiously and with minimal disruption which was greatly appreciated given the fact that I have a 3 year old running around and and a 3 month old baby.
