Kevins was awesome. I had looked around for a landscaping business to cut and haul away 17 trees for me. Kevin's landscaping was the most reasonable price of 1500.00 compared to Gus and sons which wanted to charge me 2500.00 and others were about that price too. Kevin landscaping did not just cut my trees down they did extra stuff like trim branches around wires and even trimmed my bushes without me ask I g them to. I give the 2 thumbs up and 5 stars for this. Awesome company!

I like Kevin's landscaping because they do a nice job. My sidewalks are clear of any grass clipping when they are through cutting my lawn. Whenever I call the office and speak to Erica, she is always pleasant and very accommodating to my needs.

I needed someone to cut my grass every two weeks. Kevin's does a really nice job, they work hard, and the price is right. It's really just that simple. The lawn looks much better than I could do myself.

Kevin’s landscaping services were hired by the landlord at our apartment building and all I have to say is these guys are very prompt and get the job done. In the last 2 years that we have lived here everything is always taken care of. I’m not sure how confusing the billing might be (based on previous previous reviews) but every Monday (if it’s not a holiday) the yard work is done. No damage is done to the fencing and no mess is left behind.

Kevin's people do a great job keeping my lawn looking good. I live on a corner lot with a good size lawn to cut trim and clean up. They keep the edging up to date so the lawn always looks manicured.

The landscapers damaged my gates in my back yard. Rather than fixing my gate they told me “they didn’t care that my dog got away because of the damage and then canceled my service without notifying me. The owner then called me to talk about his procedures. When I was told by receptionist for over a month the owner spoke no english and couldn’t get back to me. I paid to fix gates myself for they had no intention of doing so. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Always prompt and quick to follow up. I have used them for assorted lawn and yard care needs over the years. They are quick to get the job done and do good work. They have removed bushes/hedges and even an above ground pool with raised deck. I haven’t used them for weekly lawn service but they are great for one time projects that require a lot of equipment or muscle.

If you use this service there is a VERY good chance you will be disappointed. We used them for a year.

I was prompted to write this review, not because of their poor service, but because of a flyer they sent me today. Because I was SHOCKED that "Kevin's" was actually a fleet of trucks, snow removers and vans indicating a large operation.

We thought they were a super busy home-based business because they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. We were trying to get a check to them and to resolve a billing problem and we could never reach a person to talk to after calling 5-7 times and leaving as many messages.

We canceled with them for several reasons, 1) they would bill us without verifying that work had actually been done (thanks to a very aware tenant who kept us informed) 2) they wouldn't return phone calls 3) our tenant informed us that they wouldn't plow the driveway (really?) and 4) they basically never picked up the phone.

Ha! I'm looking at their flyer and it says their residential service includes driveway, sidewalks and main entrance. Well, only if you stay on top of them. AND they have a tagline that says, "You'll love our professional service". Wow, that's nervy.

X S Kevin's Landscaping has been cutting my grass for 7 years now. I am on an every two week cut for my grass. They actually came one week after they had just cut my grass. I called the office and the receptionist apologized for the confusion. I was given $10 off of my bill. I appreciate the lawn service and customer service that they have been providing me over the years.

Loudest sloppiness ive ever seen - they made a bigger mess than was there when they disrespect rules and neighbors with blowing most leaves into the intersection - hire some one else that your neighbors will like not these mess makers

I wouldn't use this guy again if he gave us a new landscape for free! Advice to owner - get into another line of business. People are talking and I know a vast number of homeowners in the western suburbs who say nothing good about your designs and installations.

My husband and I just bought this house last November and were in the market for a local landscaper and landscape designer. I contacted this place on April 14th around 11am to schedule an appointment for a consultation on my yard. I spoke with a gentleman who didn't bother to give me his name, he simply asked me for my name and number didn't ask my address nor what I was looking for. He said they'd call me back.. It's been over 2wks and I never received a call back. A couple of days ago we hired someone else to do the work. My yard is looking lovely.
