DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ALSO UNDER ADDRESS IN OAK BROOK AND DIFFERENT WEBSITE WITH TERRIBLE REVIEWS. OVERCHARGED $600 FOR SEWER RODDING THAT WAS PERFORMED IN 15 MINUTES THAT NEVER RESOLVED ISSUE. 12 DAYS LATER MY BASEMENT FLOODED FROM ROOTS THAT WERE NEVER CLEARED FROM SEWER PIPE, WHICH WAS JOB COMPANY WAS PAYED FOR. GAVE USA THE OPPORTUNITY TO COME BACK OUT AND ROD MY SEWER CORRECTLY THE SECOND TIME AT WHICH TIME WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT WARRANTY THE SEWER RODDING AND IT WOULD COST MONEY. OWNER WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS AND I'M CURRENTLY SEEKING RESTITUTION WHICH I'M SURE WILL BE UNPLEASANT. A DIFFERENT PLUMBING OUTFIT WAS CALLED TO ROD MY SEWER LINE A SECOND TIME WHERE PRIOR TO RODDING THE LINE THEY SCOPED LINE AND ONLY MADE IT 35 FEET OUT BECAUSE LINE WAS PLUGGED SOLID WITH ROOTS FOR 25 FEET. SECOND COMPANY SPENT TIME AND PERFORMED THE JOB PROPERLY. ROOTS DO NOT GROW IN 12 DAYS TO PLUG 25 FEET OF SEWER LINE.

They don't have a plumbing license number displayed on their website. This is not legal in the state of Illinois where they are operating. They advertise under reputable plumbing companies names and mislead people when they call. I've already contacted the department of health and I encourage you to do so as well if you were served by them.
