I have had worst experience with USA Plumbing and Sewar. I had my contract with Choice Warranty and my water heater busted on Dec 19 2022 which was a unfortunate event. With the understanding that Choice is not a emergency service I submitted my request to them.

USA Plumbing and Sewer was the company that took that job. But it failed miserably and kept on dragging that job after warranty company approved the request. I waited without hot water for 2 weeks still this company did not had any way of fulfilling this job. Also at some point this company stopped responding to my calls and not even picked my number. If call from any other number they will respond. Highly un-professional and responded with zero responsibility.

I have had worst experience of my life time with this company. Not being able to withstand the cold weather I ended up using another plumbing company to have my water heater replaced paying money from my pocket.

I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. It is in your best interest if you could stay away from these people.

Pipe burst in my bathroom and I had to turn the water off and get someone over. These guys responded super quickly and got my toilet fixed and water running again super quickly. Would recommend 10/10

I'd highly suggest SRG for home services. I recently got a new aircon and furnace, and they did an excellent job. The whole installation was completed in just one day, and they left everything spotless. They also took the time to explain everything clearly. The next day, they returned to tidy up the pipes leading to the new furnace. The warranty is top-notch, and I even received a follow-up call to ensure everything was satisfactory.
