Recommend checking upfront the cost of a service call. Felt that it was high as well as the total cost of the service felt overcharged.

Professional and well attentive to every detail. Came out to fix garbage disposal and helped to get it back and running in no time and saved us having to get a new unit. While he was working on the sink, he noticed our faucet wasn’t spraying that well. Within a few minutes, he had that apart, found the piece that was broken, called the manufacture and ordered us a replacement part under warranty. That’s what I call above and beyond plumbing service! This is the only place I go to when needing a small or big job done right. You can’t beat the quality plumbing provided. Pioneer Restoration Plumbing is who I recommend to others, as you won’t find a more honest, caring and high quality professional around.

This is our 1st winter in our home, so we were bound to have issues. The other day, due to the below freezing temperatures somewhere, our pipes froze. We were unable to locate the issue, so we started calling around.

Greg came for an emergency call the same day. He was able to locate the issue where I didn't expect it in, our garage, a copper pipe was frozen solid. He was able to defrost the pipe and we got running water again! He also let me know what to do to prevent it from happening again since our garage is unheated. Thankfully, we lucked out too and no pipes burst in the process. I dont know if it was his technique or just the luck of the year, but we are very happy!

Pioneer Plumbing installed a 2 sink vanity, a toilet and plumbing/installation for bathtub and shower. We were VERY pleased with the quality of work, the promptness, the customer service, and the integrity that Pioneer Plumbing exhibits. Thank you Pioneer for all of your great work! Our bathroom looks and works wonderfully. We also had Pioneer replace our bilge pump in the basement, and again Greg's work was fantastic (and fast!).

Greg, owner and operator was out in less than 24 hours. I called after hours and next morning had a call and he was out within 20 min of my call! He greeted my fur animals with dog treats in hand and made friends right away. Quality installation, and guidance! He took the extra time to check my hot water heater, furnace and air conditioner to make sure the water in my basement didn't effect their function. He advised me of a battery back up pump system with an alarm that he will be back to install! Love the personal touches and great 5 star service!

Emergency call on Saturday to replace our busted and draining water heater. In what I was expecting to be a challenging/hectic process, Greg and Graham really couldn’t have been any better. They were responsive, explained the work, and went out of their way to make sure our family was taken care of. The quality of work was outstanding and the price was fair - especially for an emergency call. I really couldn’t recommend Pioneer enough and they will be our go to plumbers for many, many years.

Recently building a addition on a rear of home. Greg and Graham were able to get us taken care of very quickly installing new lines for bathroom and kitchen. Great service and good communication throughout the process!

They gave me an estimate of a “Big Job” that cost a little over $10,000.00!! I had Roto Rooter come out and check it out for them to ACTUALLY SHOW and TELL me that all was needed to be done was to Jet the sewer line. There was no broken or blocked pipeline like Pioneer Plumbing claimed. They’ll try to take your money. THE WORST!!

My sewage lines are Clean and Fully functional by the way.

We had a clogged sink drain and he fixed it quickly and explained a lot of what he was doing and how to avoid another clog

Pioneer Plumbing was great to work with and I'll happily recommend them to family and friends. Greg and his office made the process really easy. I had my main plumbing stack replaced and they took their time to do a quality job. I had several questions before, and during, and Greg was really nice to chat with and answered all of my questions. They completed the work faster than I expected and I appreciate them doing a good cleaning job afterward. Finding someone who cares about their work is important and I'll happily work with them on anything else in the future.
