I can't express how Greg & his team transformed a nightmare into a wonderful and amazing transformation. Having a home built in the 1960's and on a slab, my kitchen cast iron pipe had busted under the concrete, somewhere under the path from my kitchen sink to the garage. I first called another service who recommended pulling out all my kitchen cabinets and busting up the floor through the garage, and the worse part, was that they couldn't get to this until November. I started this call for help in mid July when my sink no longer drained.
After feeling depressed for 2 months about living without a working kitchen plumbing I mentioned my problem to a friend who's husband recommended Pioneer Plumbing. Greg was out that next day and came up with a solution that would save money, time and a lot of repair work after the fact. And best of all, they could start right away. Once it started, it only took them 2 days to lay a new pipe under my kitchen - family room floor. It took more time for my contractor to put the sink and cabinet back, then I had new flooring laid. But even at that, then entire project took 10 days to get my kitchen and family room area back to normal. I never thought the process of just cleaning out a coffee cup and watch it go down the drain would give me such a thrill. Greg & his team were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them and can't say enough good things about them.

Had a sewer issue outside my house. Pioneer sent out Chase, the technician and he was outstanding. Diagnosed the issue, shared all information with me and got the ball rolling for repair. He was extremely polite and communicated the issues to me in a way I could understand. Great job!!!

I had a leaking washing machine utility box that Matt & Chance came out to replace.
They pulled out the old unit and quickly installed the new one with minimal disturbance to the existing piping and waste lines.

While doing their water test on the house, Matt noticed a slight drip in the Master Bath shower area when the valve was closed. Chance expertly removed the valve cartridge (without disrupting anything else in the shower & found a small copper shaving that nestled into the valve seat, damaging it, causing the leak.

They had a spare part on hand, fixed THAT leak as well and got everything put back together with minimal extra effort.

They are smart, polite and efficient technicians. As much as I am not looking forward to having to call a plumber in the future, I certainly know exactly who I will call when I need one.

Matt and Logan were wonderful. We live in a circa 1852 house with a blocked kitchen drain that needed to be replaced and updated. They capped off the crumbling iron drain pipe in a hard to access crawl space area. My husband and I were struck by how creative they were in problem solving the complex plumbing issues within our old house all while working in a very tight space. It was a difficult and challenging job but they were calm, focused, and efficient.
They kept us updated on their findings in the creepy crawl space; replaced and rerouted the new drain pipe, replaced the ancient and failing galvanized water pipes where needed, tested and retested water pressure, and then cleaned up everything.

This company did a job at my neighbor’s property. They trespassed mine to access the neighbors property. In the process they damaged my fence, retaining wall and basketball hoop. I asked them to allow me to be present when removing their equipment to to discuss the damage - they chose to remove my LOCKED gate and leave despite knowing this. Then they gave me the run around and eventually ghosted. Charges were filed with the police department for the trespassing and property damage. Very unprofessional and irresponsible company. They neighbor’s yard also looks unfinished after they “completed” their job.

The plumbing problems in my home started in October, which required multiple repairs/replacements at different sections. Pioneer Plumbing was highly recommended and was my first call. They have come to inspect every problem promptly. To every job they have brought professionalism, knowledge, efficiency, and kindness.

Most recently, we had to replace approx 40 feet of Orangeburg pipe. This was completed by Ethan and Chase. Not only did Ethan teach us about the pipe and why it needed to be replaced, but he also took extreme care to complete the replacement efficiently while maintaining as much of our sidewalk as possible. During every step, he would update me and show me exactly what was being done and why. His positive attitude through the entire job really impressed me, especially with the hard work he was doing all day, 2 days in a row.

There was also another gentleman who helped with this repair, and assisted in disconnecting multiple sinks and a toilet inside our house. He took great care to put on foot coverings to protect our carpet. Every time he exited he would remove them, and put them on prior to coming in the house. This extra step took time but it shows how much they care about their customers. He also took time to explain what he was doing, and helped me track multiple water lines through that side of the house.

Another detail I love is that the company will send a text of which tech will be responding to the call. Sometimes they'll also include pictures of the tech so you already know what they look like prior to their arrival. This is a very comforting protocol.

I am also impressed at the amount of equipment that they have access to, including an excavator. I'm sure that this is a reason they're able to schedule and complete jobs so quickly.

I honestly cannot recommend them enough and if I could leave more than 5 stars, I would.

Mathew and Chase came out to fix my mom’s sink blockage. Not only did they fit me in same day but were out in hour. Mathew showed me and mom exactly what the problem was, how they fixed it, and tips to keeping it free of blockages in the future. Fair pricing and great attitudes!
