Mr. Reid came out to inspect a blocked sewer line in the basement. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to work, and was able to fix it. Best part was he left a really clean area afterwards. All the muck was gone! Pricing was fair and affordable. Would definitely call him again.

Requested a quote for a water pressure backup for sump system. I made it clear that I was accepting quotes from a number of plumbers whom I had found on the BBB site.

Mr. Ried came over the following morning. Upon seeing the sump well in my home, Mr. Reid would not offer a quote because I have a radon cover on my sump. He said there would not be room for a water pressure backup system and that he would not have come out if he'd known I had a radon seal on my sump. (He never asked about this when we talked on the phone the day before and I invited him to come out and give me a quote.) Then, I asked him to review the backflow trap on my sump discharge. He said it was not necessary. He said that rather than getting a water pressure backup system, I should get a new battery for my backup sump system. Then, he charged me $65 for "service". I said I did not think he charged for quotes. He said he did not offer any quote so this was a "service call." However, he did not perform any service, either. He was here for about 40 mins. looking around and talking, but he did not do any plumbing.

The guys at Reid Plumbing were very professional and efficient. With my main water line in the crawl space under the house frozen solid, they were the only Plumbing company in the area willing to come out and take a shot at thawing the line. They came out within the hour, took care of the problem in an hour and saved me a ton of $$ over the cost of replacing busted lines.

This guy did plumbing at my grandmother's house she just bought and all her plumbing is currently leaking. She has standing water in her basement and i can physically take all the plumbing apart by hand Indicating no sealant. Do not hire this guy because he doesn't know what the hell he is doing.

Rich came and helped us through the process of replacing our furnace and AC unit. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Took a lot of stress off of us!

Bonnie was excellent and stayed late to give my warranty company the needed information. Corey was a fantastic technician. I had a water heater go out, and Corey explained my issue, went over options, walked me through the process, and gave me a better understanding. Once installation was planned, Corey arrived on time and installed my water heater before my family returned for the day. Corey went above and beyond to get me some hot water. Kudos, excellent company.

The tech was pleasant and knowledgeable and speedy. The work installing our new water heater is very tidy. I love seeing how well a pro does thier job. We will definitely use Embrich again.

Highly recommend! We needed a new spigot on the exterior of our home and Embrich had someone out within a couple of days. Dustin our tech went through a few options, gave me a quote, and got it done! He installed the new copper and actually did it much better than the home builder. He secured the pipe to our joists so the pipe wouldn’t pull out of the outside of the home, which it was doing prior. Definitely will call for any further needs!

Every step of the way, from estimate through install went like clockwork. The men made sure we were informed and all options presented, they showed up on time, completed the job efficiently, for even a lower price than the original bid. They reminded us they are available if we have any questions after the fact. We had a reverse osmosis and a separate Halo 5 system installed. We are now lifetime customers!

Embrich came out quickly when we had a plumbing issue and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed the right way. The plumber was knowledgeable, respectful of our home, and took time to answer our questions. Pricing was fair and the quality of work was outstanding. They will be installing new toilets and a shower for us soon as well!

Been a while since needing a plumber. Called late afternoon Thanksgiving Day and was able to make appointment for next day, today. Spent more than I anticipated, however Jared was professional, answered my questions and explained all the happenings. Plus he seemed to have personality to go along with the customer service aspect of the job. Will use them again for future plumbing upgrades.

Our sewer line was backed up and we had water in the basement. The guys came out and investigated the issue and were able to give us several different options with how they could fix it. 2 days later and everything is flowing as it should be. This was a really great help right now as we have a family member going through cancer treatment! We will use these guys again!

Embrich Plumbing provided an exceptionally prompt response, dispatching an advisor to assess the situation the following day, as my water supply had already been shut off by my father. Ched, the advisor, not only addressed the primary issue but also accommodated a couple additional minor repairs I requested, exceeding my expectations for what I initially anticipated would be a line repair. He efficiently scheduled the work within two days. Dalton and Nick subsequently arrived, first completing two repairs in my laundry room before proceeding with the outdoor work. Dalton then provided a comprehensive explanation of the repair options, contrasting a localized repair with a complete line replacement. Following a thorough discussion and several phone calls for both them and myself, we opted for a full line replacement due to the existing galvanized piping. Their team demonstrated a genuine commitment to my best interests, even managing to complete the remaining work the following day, which involved arranging for a specialized boring service beneath my slab foundation. Furthermore, Ched proactively followed up to assist with the financing aspect since our original plans changed. Ched, Dalton, and Nick exhibited exceptional professionalism and courtesy throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Great experience with this company. They replaced my outdoor spicket, installed a shut off valve for it, and replaced my main water shutoff valve. The guys were professional, the finished job looks and functions perfectly. Pricing was fair. Will definitely continue to employ Embrich for my future plumbing needs & would recommend to others.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Plumbing issues can leave a person feeling very vulnerable but there was never a moment when we felt overcharged or upsold. Customer for life!
