Had them come out to trim my trees. They came out on a Monday I think gave me bid to trim 4 trees. I accepted the bid I thought was a fair price. They said they was 4 weeks out but they called 2 weeks the job was done. 2 previous tree trimers the first you came out gave a bid I accepted that one but they never showed up. The second I contacted said he would be there Monday but I guess I don't know what Monday he's coming.

I paid them in advance and they only completed approximately 30% of the work they were contracted to preform. They won't return my calls or message for several weeks. I will update this if they do the right thing and complete the work or at least return a portion of my money.

I am updating my review from 1 star to 3. Now that I was finally able to get All Around Tree Care to contact me, they agreed to return a portion of the money for the incomplete work. According to their representative, she mislabeled one type of tree as the wrong species on the estimate and that is what they claim they beleived misled me to what their scope of work was. I do not agree with this theory due to the fact that I have saved every correspondence between their company and myself including screenshots of my call logs, recordings of voicemessages left, and screen shots of messages sent via social media. I have raised my rating for All Around Tree Care from 1 star to 3 stars based solely on the fact that they did finally contact me and agreed to return a small portion of the money. As for their performance on the portion of the work they did complete I would rate them as average.

Called and received a quote on the same day! Then scheduled and work completed on the next work day! Thank You!

Contacted them 8/20/24 meet with and signed a contract on 8/23/24. Contract states that we gave them a required $1000.00 deposit. We were told at that time it would be 3 to 4 weeks, after 2 months we asked them on a timeline on cutting tree down but never really got an answer. This was on 10/16/24. At this time we were resorted to text msgs as they never answered our phone calls. Tried on 11/6/24, 11/22/24 and 12/5/24 with no luck. It’s been 7 months and still they won’t respond to our refund requests. My advice don’t use these clowns. I’m a 69 year old veteran with health issues I don’t need to be so stressed out worrying is this tree going to kill me or one of my neighbors. If anything changes I will update. If money is refunded I’ll remove this post.

Thanks to All Around Tree Care for coming to my rescue after I was abandoned by another company. From the time I contacted them the work was completed 2 weeks later, which was only a few days before Christmas! They did a great job trimming my 5 trees and the cleanup was so impressive I couldn’t tell they had been there except my trees look so much better. I would recommend All Around Tree Care to anyone. All around Tree Service once again came to my rescue. They quickly returned my call and came to evaluate my trees condition. Provided a very reasonable quote and scheduled the date to treat my tree. After applying treatment they trimmed and cleaned the area better than when they had arrived. I always will call them because I know they love my trees as much as I do. All around tree Care did a great job removing our big tree next to the house. They had to lower every limb by rope and even used a leaf blower to clean off sawdust from my roof. The place was left neat and tidy. I couldn't be more happy. I recommend them to everyone. Great value and great job.

Absolutely LOVE All Around Tree Care Services!! Rob & Nicole do an excellent job! They came and helped us out when we had downed tree limbs from 150 year old trees that were on our roof, shed, carport - blocking the driveway and front of the house. They did a fabulous job and cleaned up like they were never there! Highly recommend them!!

Just took down a large tree standing near our home, patio, and pool. We are very pleased. They provide excellent work and customer service!

Nicole and the guys were great to work with. We probably have more trees in our backyard than we should, so I was a little concerned how they would maneuver around but it was no problem for them. They were also very careful not to damage my garden, and picked up all debris when the job was finished. One other thing, they took great care when dealing with active bird nests, I really appreciate that. I totally recommend them!

Rob and Nicole were very busy helping four neighbors in our area after the March 14th tornado. In two days, Rob and Nicole removed 9 trees that our immediate neighbor lost. Several of the trees were on our property and surrounding a vehicle. They did a great job with the removal in a very timely fashion and were very careful of the property surroundings, to include the vehicle and landscaping. They are very knowledgeable, dependable, hard working, and meticulous at clean up!

My husband and I are very impressed with the professionalism and work ethic of All Around Tree Care. Our dog got deathly sick from what our tree was dropping in our backyard and we needed it taken down immediately for her safety. We expressed this to Nicole and she made the effort to come out the same day for the bid and moved things around to get the tree taken down the very next day. Thier team worked quickly and efficiently, making sure the yard was cleaned up and put back together. We had a power line and upper deck which were not disturbed by the work either. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks again!

I live out of state but own a home in Lebanon, needed a very large dead tree removed. Found them on google and called based on other reviews. Very easy to work with, great communications and did a nice job! Would definitely use again if needed.
