Update: Wanted to update my review 4 months after the installation work. Everything is running great! Brian still texts me asking how things are and giving me reminders about checking my filter etc. I've added a few more pictures of the furnace after the install work and how it looks today. Very clean! He answers any and all of my questions I have for him regarding my new furnace or anything HVAC in general. I still 100% recommend Brian for your HVAC needs!

Had Brian come to my house to do a checkup on my furnace. Being that it was 30 years old he recommended looking into replacing it. He’s very honest and gave me several tips for maintenance. I decided to go with a new furnace and he had a plan in place and recommend a furnace. I paid him upfront for the work and the furnace and all equipment arrived promptly to the house. He even came by before the install date to make sure everything was there and good to go. Install went smoothly and he was very thorough and made sure everything was working 100% correctly and did several checks to make sure. Even followed up with me several times to make sure everything was OK. I highly recommend Brian for any furnace or AC work wether it’s a maintenance check or a new system install! I’m very happy with my new furnace.

My thermostat went out today. I called Brian around 11:30am. He was at my house before 1pm. He checked my furnace and installed a new thermostat. Im thankful he was able to help me in a timely matter today.

I had a full replacement of an 25 yr old system. I was amazed at the process that Brian had to remove and install my new system. Yes, it's a long, complicated day that has its hiccups. That didn't stop this guy. He's a true professional who kept March forward.

Brian was great. He came by for a service call where we determined my compressor was bad. He was very helpful and walked me through all the steps to get my system ready for him to install a new one. Which save me a thousand dollars. I appreciate him sharing his knowledge with me. But he made it out quickly, and had my new unit installed in half the time that he quoted. I’ve had zero issues since. I 100% recommend this guy.

We are military and new to Mascoutah. Our heat went out 4 Jan (right before a major winter storm) and Brian was the only one to answer my call at 0830 on a Saturday morning. He was happy to help and at our house in 45 min to troubleshoot the furnace. He even brought 2 space heaters for us to use to keep my two young kids warm (the house was at 50 degrees). Brian immediately got to work looking at every possible cause for the problem while also fixing things that weren’t right. As he was inspecting the unit, he was explaining exactly what he was doing and looking for. His communication was on point! Within 30 minutes, he identified our heat exchanger was cracked and the furnace needed to be replaced so we wouldn't get poisoned by carbon monoxide.

He answered all of our questions, explained things thoroughly and was very affordable. At this point, it was a no brainer to replace the furnace as soon as possible (it was 20 years old).

Brian loaned us his space heaters to use and immediately started using his supply connections to get us what we needed. Well…to make things that much more fun, the storm hit Saturday night into Sunday and Monday. Needless to say, it delayed the supply companies ability to quickly deliver the new furnace until Thursday. He provided updates on the status of the furnace a few times a day until it was finally delivered.

To get ahead of the long process to swap the old with the new, Brian came out Monday, when the town was shut down, to remove the bad furnace and prep all he could for the install.

Brian and his helper arrived at 0730 Friday, another snow day, and had everything up and running by 1400!

Needless to say, we are very happy with his communication throughout the process, his professionalism and how he genuinely cared about our families well being! He made a terrible situation very tolerable and we highly recommend!
