Brian is very thorough and showed me what I could do to save me 300 dollars and called back to check to see if it worked. Then called a couple days later to make sure it was still working. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Brian is a really nice guy. His prices are very reasonable. He is professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain the problems and give you options. I am very satisfied with his work. I know we definitely will call him again when we have more issues with our air conditioner.

Brian is the best. Our furnace went out on a Friday, but we didn't get a call to him until late Friday night. He was here early Saturday morning and fixed our furnace right up. He only charged us $59 for the service call, and the parts and labor were WAY cheaper than any other places I looked at. All around good dude, and gave lots of advice to help maintain our heating systems. We'll be seeing him again for sure. Thanks Brian!

Came home from a 2 week vacation to an 85 degree house and no AC. Called Brian and he arrived within 20 minutes. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time with minimal cost. He offered to do maintenance of our HVAC system on the spot. Excellent service and professionalism with a lesson in proper maintenance will have me calling Brian for any future issues.

I called Brian for a routine furnace inspection and cleaning. As a military member, I've moved around a lot and dealt with several contractors in different areas that wouldn't take the time to explain anything at all, but not Brian. He gave hours of his time educating on my home's particular issues, how the HVAC system works and of course what I can do to immediately lower my insane electric bill. Some of it I expected to hear, but most of it was completely new to me. Plus, he fixed several of my furnace issues on the spot. The cost was well worth the value, and if and when I decide to upgrade any of my HVAC system, I'll be giving him a call. Thanks again.

Being new to the area and never living this close to a corn field, you can imagine all the emotions when our family of nine discovered a mouse had come through our gas fireplace when the temps dropped quickly this last week. Brian came out to clean the fireplace and seal up any holes inside and out. He gave us all the tips on how to save on the bills and genuinely wanted to help. Thanks again Brian. Brian was really great. I called him because my AC stopped blowing cool air and he was at my house in 15 min. He changed out my thermostat and showed me how to ensure that my system is maintained and how to save money on my bill.
He checked in with me throughout the day to see if the air was cooling down. Unfortunately it wasn't, but he did come back the very next morning and found the part that was the issue and immediately fixed it. After that he also checked the freon levels.
Brian was was knowledge, friendly, and helpful. Not only is my AC fixed and it's cool now, but I'm back to being cold all the time!

Had a great experience with Brian, installing my new hvac unit! I bought a house in 2019, he helped prepare me for the future purchase price of a new unit, helped maintain it the last few years and decided I was ready for the purchase this year. When the time came to install he was well prepared, put down mulch in the area so he wouldn’t get dirt in the house, explained everything well, added Freon at the beginning of the season and continues to help with anything I need. Being a recently new homeowner he never makes me feel stupid for the questions I ask! He’s the guy I always recommend for your hvac needs!

We were having a lot of problems with our A/C and contacted Brian to see if he could come check things out. He was quick to respond, very courteous, and flexible with scheduling. The same day he was contacted he was able to come look everything over plus some! Brian was very informative in more ways than one to help save money on household things. We scheduled the install of our new furnace 2 days later. Brian and his team were prompt, got the job done and cleaned everything up afterwards. Everything is working great and he still messages to get updates and see how everything is working. Great communication! We would definitely recommend The Heating and Cooling Guy to anyone!

We called Brian because our air conditioner wasn’t cooling or blowing air very well at all. He came out the next day and diagnosed our unit. The work that he did that day to hold us over until he could get a custom built filter assembled immediately made it start working better. He came back this Sunday after building the piece we needed to fix our unit. He and his crew were very fast working and efficient. Not only did he fix our unit but he gave us many tips to help our electric bill go down and how to keep up with maintenance. He educated us on many different things about our unit. They are very hard working. We highly recommend Brian for any of your air conditioning and heating needs.

Brian was at my home less than 10 minutes after calling him about my emergency heating issue.

My AC went out in the middle of the night, I called Brian around 8 AM, explained the issue and he was right over. He explained the issue gave me a up front price and with in two hours had the house cooling again. he even let me hang out and ask a bunch of questions while he was working and gave me some great tips on saving on the bills. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will call back for yearly maintenance.

Brian called me back within I. 10 minutes of me leaving him a message. Our AC froze up and he gave me some tips to keep it cool until he cools get to me. He was out at my place early the next morning and had us back up and running by 11 after a parts run. Brian was very transparent and encouraged me to watch what he was doing so he could explain to me what he was seeing and his recommendation for repair.

He also walked the house with me after the unit was fixed and gave me some pointers on how to help the system run more efficiently to conserve energy.

I highly recommend the Heating and Cooling Guy! Brian and Frank installed a new heater unit for us today and did a great job. Arrived on time, was organized, cleaned up after themselves, and did exactly what they said they would do. What I also really like about Brian is he teaches all along the way. He wants the homeowner as informed as possible so we can fix or avoid future problems. Brian has my business!

I just moved into my home a couple weeks ago, and after a huge rainfall my basement flooded causing damage to my furnace and left me without AC.

Brian came out very quickly after I called him to check it out. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. He even made a temporary fix, so I could have air conditioning while we waited for the needed parts. This was a huge relief!

Not only did he help with that, but he gave me several other energy/money saving tips and suggestions. He even sent me youtube videos explaining some of the things I had questions about.

I am a first time homeowner and they were more than happy to give me information on ways to save energy and to keep things running efficiently. Brian was great. The thought of being without heat for several days in this cold weather was scary. I called the Heating and Cooling Guy and he came immediately looked over everything and found and fixed the problem. He definitely knows what he’s doing. A new igniter installed and we are back in business.

1 day after my heating stopped working I was given Brian’s number and called him right away. He answered right away and although he just finished a job he came right to my house and looked at my furnace. Found the problem right away, let my family know of our options, and came to the best solution. He was timely, very courteous, professional, and even came over the weekend to install my brand new furnace. He was also very precise with his work and made sure everything was well put together and clean. I appreciate everything he helped with and would recommend he work completely.

Brian was an excellent person to help us. He was reasonably priced compared to Morrison’s Plumbing. He doesn’t require a subscription and actually showed up when we called. Brian walked us through everything he was doing. Would recommend him to anyone in the future. Looking forward to calling him in the future if we need any help!

We had to have our HVAC ductwork fixed. He started at 7am and was finished by 1:30 pm. He worked nonstop and cleaned up all of his mess. He even vacuumed our carpet when he was finished. He did an outstanding job with the installation and the price he quoted us was the final price. I'll recommend him to everyone I know. Very pleased with his service.
