Losing my home to a catastrophic fire was devastating and traumatic. But thanks be to God, and the amazing crew from Restore! From start to finish, they were compassionate, professional, responsive, and friendly. The team took care of everything, from board-up to final cleanup. Restore took on the daunting task of dealing with the insurance company, and documenting every single item that was lost in the fire. They were always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. Robert and T, my general contractors, provided great design ideas that incorporated elements that I wanted in the house. As a result of our collaboration and their hard work, my renovation is stunning! It’s more than I could ever have imagined. My heartfelt thanks to Robert, T, Michelle, Candace, Sue, Roman, and the entire Restore crew for turning what started as a tragedy into our dream home. I highly recommend Restore to anyone in need of timely, high quality, professional renovation.

Its been almost a year since the fire in our building.
Yes, it has been tough to be patient for the reconstruction to be completed, but its done!
6 families were displaced and it was a long process.

When restore came on the day of the fire, their team was very professional and helpful with the process. They addressed our concerns and treated us with the utmost respect!

The construction crew had there share of our concerns, and put up with all of our personalities! I can easily say we gave them a run full of frustrations, and we our sincerely sorry they had to put up with our impatience.

Now to the light at the end of our journey! We cannot be happier for the end result!

Thank you for a job well done. Tragedy struck 2/10/16 when a fire destroyed the interior of my house. Restore construction was Johnny-on-the-spot securing the house, guiding me through the insurance / mortgage company maze, itemizing the property loss, and restoring the house. In general, they have done an exemplary job; my only detractor is the prolonged construction time.

On 2/26 we had a major house fire. The experience is shocking and overwhelming. We chose to work with Restore which proved to be the the correct decision. The team was kind and understanding from start to finish. We worked with Lukasz and his team. Lukasz supported us and guided us with our many decisions. He was always available for our many questions. He would help us with resources and suggestions. Restore helped us after a house fire. From start to finish, they were so professional, so knowledgeable and so helpful. Chris, the project manager, was amazing. He was always in touch, worked long hours and delivered a top notch work product. On top of that, Chris was kind and so pleasant to work with. Great experience working with Restore! They responded to my call in a quick fashion, and had someone out to assess the damage on my home within 24 hours. The repairs to my roof, windows, soffit ,fascia and gutters were completed in less than a week from when they were initially damaged. I would highly recommend using this company- very professional and efficient.

Very disappointed. We were excited to get back into our home after a fire and the house looked amazing. Now, months later we are having plumbing issues and have a big moldy spot that's expanding on the ceiling of our basement and have reached out multiple times to have them come take a look at it. We can't get ahold of anyone in charge and are always told we will get a call back with no avail. It's been MONTHS. We have very small children and a pregnant mom living in MOLD. We have been more than patient but this is extremely concerning. This is only one issue among others that have not been addressed by anyone from this company. At this point we are being pushed to call the city and see if they can help because we don't know where else to turn.

Beware of work that looks good on the surface but fails where it matters.

I hired Restore Construction expecting quality and professionalism, but instead ended up with incomplete work, broken promises, and costly repairs down the line. They are fast talkers full of empty promises.

The biggest issue? They did not install any insulation behind the drywall and cut corners in multiple areas of the project. What looked “finished” to the untrained eye was actually rushed, sloppy, and far from up to standard.

Even worse, they promised multiple times to return under their warranty to fix the issues, but each time either canceled, pushed back the date, or never showed up at all. It’s been a string of excuses and delays with no accountability.

This company gives the illusion of good work, but once the problems surface, you’ll be stuck paying out of pocket to fix it properly. I would not recommend Restore Construction to anyone looking for honest, long-lasting workmanship.

I had a house fire in Feb 2024. It was a very stressful situation. I hired Restore to do the restoration of the house. Their team did a phenomenal job from Patrick and Auggie assuring me they would take care of everything. They dealt with the insurance and everything was completed flawlessly. T did a excellent job of communicating what the next steps for the rebuild were. I could not be happier with the outcome. I would Highly recommend them if your ever in the need. I have no hesitation in recommending Restore Construction. We live in a large community where several homes sustained damage from a spring storm that brought hail and strong winds. Luckily my home was not as bad as others. I immediately called the folks at Restore Construction who worked tirelessly with State Farm to get all of my damage covered. Many of my neighbors were not as lucky. A lot of them had several issues and struggle even six months later to get there homes fixed. The local contractors have run out of product. The insurance companies have denied claims and dropped customers. I on the other hand could not be happier with the way my house turned out. I had no issues what so ever with anyone at the company. I was in constant contact with Jacob, my general contractor, who kept me apprised of every step of the project. From start to finish, the folks at Restore Construction could not have been more professional, honest, and friendly. In a time of extreme vulnerability, my family could not have felt more cared for than when the family at Restore Construction came through and helped us through this difficult time.

Our family experienced a fire tragedy recently, and we have been working with very compassionate and dedicated personnel from Resore Construction.

Silvia has been really easy to reach out to and has always gotten back to me the same day! I am glad we are working with everyone here to get our house back to normal.

Mike, the renovations at my home are complete and I want to personally thank you and your staff for the improvements. Seriously, everyone deserves some recognition. You saw my home shortly after the water damage occcurred. I decided not to leave my home prior to construction and I described it to family and friends like living in a garage. I was miserable for those six weeks but I am equally pleased with the outcome. My home looks fabulous! You should submit before and after photos to Better Homes & Gardens Magazine.

I would like to single out Katie who I worked with daily. Professional. Efficient. And frankly, quite likable. I would ask, “Katie, what about (fill in the blank)?” And inevitably her response was, “I took care of it.” You would be foolish not to expand her role with your company.

Ameer, Anas and Teras were very helpful when it came to getting my home repaired after fire damage. They were very professional and got everything done in about a week. Everything is done beautifully. We were very happy with the workers that were working in our house. I would recommend these this company if you have any kind of repairs done in your home they did an amazing job.

Following a fire to my dad's house, I got connected with Restore for board up services. A simple board up turned into a full service Restore. The house was totaled and needed to be gutted from the fire/water damage. We were dealing with my dad's declining health so we were relieved that the Restore team took care of everything from the clean up, demo, design, and restoration. They even dealt with the insurance company which took a HUGE burden off of us (Do not try to do this alone!) Everyone on the team from start to finish (Auggie, Zakee, Michael, Sue, Nick, Silvia, Candi, Julian and everyone else behind the scenes). Our GC, Julian, was a pleasure to work with. He always kept us informed on progress and any changes as it was happening. He made himself available 24/7 and was always happy to nswer questions. You hear a lot of nightmares about renovation projects but the restore team went above and beyond. Thanks for everything! I hope to never experience a fire or other serious issue again, but if I do, I'll be confident knowing Restore is there to help.
