On January 29, I called to book an appointment for carpet cleaning and ductwork cleaning. I paid a $59 service fee for the technician to come out on January 30 to do the carpet cleaning. My scheduled time for the technician to come out was from 11 AM to 2 PM. After calling for an hour to check the ETA of the technician, a representative from the company called me back at 2:04 to let me know that the technician didn’t know that they had to come to my house to clean my carpet, Can they send someone at 5 o’clock? I replied and said no I had to go get my kid I have to cancel this whole thing because I called off of work to get this service done. No one never came. Now it’s 2 weeks later and the company is giving me a runaround to give me back my $59 refund.
