First time I hired them was to put down a lot of dirt back in 2021ish. They suggested a lawn pop up drain and I agreed. But they never checked with village and village shut us down mid project. I had a mud pit for the entire summer. But I was happy with the quality of soil and river forest is a stickler so I let it go.
I'm like hey guys, maybe you can return that drain money specifically bc you didn't do the work...and you got shut down...no response.
For some reason I hired them for maintenance last year. They did one treatment for weeds Fertilize and anti-grub. Over $200. On my camera the guy was here 10 minutes tops. I expressed concern and company didn't take me seriously. That treatment didn't do anything and I wonder if the guy even got out of the car. The most common weeds were not impacted in the slightest.
