This review is going to be very straightforward when I say from start to finish the entire process was very timely and each step of the process was smooth and efficient!
John Eduardo and all the other crews, each one had extreme customer service and respect for safety and the person's home and yard.
I have a few smaller trees that have need to be needing taken care of, not a right now project but I'm definitely having them come back ❣️ !!!

Great company and a great crew. All the employees very friendly and polite. Did a amazing job taking down my 2 maple trees . Blew the debris off roof and left yard very clean. The price was great. Definitely using them again and already told my neighbors and coworkers this is the company to use.

Tree branch fell on our home at 1 AM. John’s pro tree service took my call at 6:15 AM and assured me that they would have someone there before noon. (they actually came at 9 o’clock.) very pleased with their prompt service and also that I could send pictures so they could correctly evaluate and estimate a cost in a timely fashion. At the time I was not sure of the full extent of damage to my roof, and their prompt and professional reply took the tension way down.

I want to thank John for coming out and checking all our trees. The workers were very professional, and did a wonderful job cleaning up when they were done. We had at least 3 neighbors come over asking for their card. Thank you so much !!!

Awesome service!! Extremely fair pricing. Very respectful crew. Went above and beyond to take down our two large maple trees. They carefully removed our dog fence and put it back up perfectly. They even took time after to blow the dust off our deck. Would definitely recommend!!

I used Pro Tree Service to remove a tree that fell on my house. Came out, gave me the estimate quickly, schedule and showed up on time. Everyone I dealt with were Extremely polite. The work crew tried to not block the driveway, but it they did not have a choice with the way my driveway is set-up. They were careful to keep everything out of the neighbors yard and when removing from the roof did not drop nor damage the house further. Used a leaf blower on everything to remove sawdust and every scrap of the tree debris was removed.
Very respectful crew, I would recommend them and use them again.

Reasonably priced and cleared all my weed turned trees by my back fence and cut some cumbersome trees with long side branches reaching my neighbor's garage/gazebo. My backyard doesn't look like a wooded lot anymore.

I called John and he showed up the same week. He provided a very reasonable quote in writing. After receiving several quotes from different companies I decide to go with ProTree Services. The crew showed up a couple days later to remove all the trees and bushes from my property. His crew was very professional, answer all my questions, and did a wonderful job, very clean, and very fast. John’s team removed a tree approximately 80-100 feet high. It was a huge, a monster of a tree. Johns team worked great together and were very well coordinated. They had great communication with each other to take down the massive tree that needed a group of 6 of his guys. Once they were done they cleaned up the neighbors yard and ours since debris flew everywhere. The stump was removed the next day since the tree it’s self took mostly all day remove.Stump removal was quick and they also picked up the huge tree logs to dispose of them properly. Pro tree service has the best competitive pricing rates from many other tree companies we contacted! I highly recommend them to everyone. We will be using them in the future for a smaller tree!

I truly appreciate John and his team for coming out and taking care of this disaster mess that my insurance was giving me a runaround for. John's level of professionalism and just outright kind spirit was PHENOMENAL!!!! Personally I was dealing with alot and I don't know if John knew that but I guess he kind of sense it. He was very reasonable and even set up payment plans with him. He wasn't like the others that was just trying to collect huge amount of money. Let me tell yall, if yall need any services done with tree removal look no further because John and his team was superb!!!. Definitely if yall hire John and his team make sure to do referrals. Literally while John and his team took care of 3 huge trees in my backyard, my neighbors wanted his information right away. It was a pleasure working with him and his team Definitely got like 3 more trees in the back and if anything was to happen to them then John and his team will be on it!!! Prompt, courteous, and talented. These skilled employees performed a surgical removal of a very large oak tree right next to our house! It was amazing to watch and I’m relieved to have this work done without injury to their employees, our house and adjacent trees. Thank you!

This is the best tree service me and my husband has received. They are very friendly very clean. You can’t even tell that I’ve had trees cut from my yard. We had two evergreens cut down and you can’t even tell at all. They did a beautiful job if you’re looking for tree service I am giving them a 5+ you won’t be disappointed

I’m located in Tinley and I highly recommend this team, John came out quickly and gave us an estimate for our GIANT maple in the back yard to be cut down. He was friendly and accommodated all of our questions so we knew exactly what the scope of work that need to be done and scheduled us right up. Team of 5 came out and took the tree down like it was nothing they did such a great job I even gave them a few bucks for lunch since it was so much. Came back the next day as promised and ground out the stump completely. Don’t look elsewhere if you need a big tree cut down these are you guys! 5+ Stars well done!

Crew was amazing at handling large sections of the tree. Never faltering and hard working. The job was immense and it was done in 6 hours. There was a predictable mass at the end but all was well with minimal damage to property.

The work performed was good. Where I had the issue with how I rated them is based on the scheduling process. When I decided to go with Pro Tree Service for my job "Tony" the estimator kept trying to put me on a schedule that wouldn't work. They finally got me on the schedule I wanted based when I knew I would be home. But I got an alert from the door bell camera, and it was his crew cutting down my tree the Friday before our agreed upon time. Which was 5 days, and I received no call saying I was being rescheduled. I know they are professionals, and there probably wouldn't be a problem, but I do not like people on my property if there isn't anyone at home. My estimate included having the stump ground down. My wife called the office that day asking about the stump not being ground, and they said there would be someone out the next day, but no one has shown up. I sent "Tony" a message him about when we should expect someone, but it has been 2 days, and my message or call has yet to be returned at the time of writing this review. The work they do is good, but the customer service experience is less than desired.

I called for an estimate and Geraldo was at my door 30mns later. Then it took me two weeks to get in touch with someone again as my calls were not returned. The crew showed up unexpected that same day telling me they would cut my tree after their lunch break... which happened to last for two hours as they took a nap on my grass under the shade of my front tree!! Then everything went very fast, and my tree was down in less than a hour. In the hurry of the action, they damaged some perennials, my deck railing and my downspouts. I sent an email + text with pictures to complain. Again no return until John called me asking for payment. I told him I would not pay anything until the damages his crew did to my downspouts would be taken care of (I did take care of painting my railing and planting my perennials back myself). Geraldo dropped by again and offered a discount to cover the damages which is a good thing, but let me take care of the repairs instead of handling the situation himself as I would have expected.

I had two trees cut down. I didn’t realize until they were done that they would not remove the stumps. That’s on me. I’ been calling trying to find out how much more it would cost to remove the stumps. I reached John once to explain that I wanted the stumps removed. He asked me to send pictures, which I did. I Have called and texted 3 times since then, he has not returned my calls or texts. This final experience has influenced my overall impression of John’s Pro Tree service. I’m including pictures of what was left in my yard.

Very bad service. Comes to give an estimate on his own time when nobody is home after originally giving us a time he would show up. (so how would he know what I want or need cut). Gives a time the tree cutting crew is coming and they show up 4 hours before the scheduled time (what if I was not home at the time). The workers don’t even know the job they come to do. I called John back to see if they were able to come cut what I actually needed cut & of course Mr. John wants more $$ for the service in which he estimated without speaking to me. I do not recommend doing business with people who show up on their own time and quote you for something you didn’t talk with the person about but want to charge you $1200 more for an inconvenience that isn’t my problem. Maybe next time you service someone’s house you speak with that person in full detail as to what they want. Not quote the tree yourself and then not be here to see the job get done & get mad that the job isn't done correctly.
