BUYER BEWARE! This guy is a SCAMMERr. Took off with my insurance check and kept making excuses why he couldn't get a refund. Kept saying insurance was the problem. When I reached out to insurance I finally got an answer that he never reached out to them one time. Ended up getting my replacement approvals done by myself and still waiting for my attorney to serve him for the $3,000 he stole from the first check. DO NOT USE!

Jason was very professional and helped us get a new roof after some hail damage. He worked with our insurance provider and kept us in the loop through the whole process!

Needed roofing work done at my mother's home. Got a quote, prices were very competitive and work was completed quickly. Quality job, also needed a railing for front stoop at my residence. Jason put me in touch with a framing carpenter who did excellent work for me. Would most definitely use J.M. Stork Construction for needed work again.

J.M. Stork Construction LLC did a great job in replacing our hail damaged roof. Most importantly Jason Stork was hugely instrumental in working with our insurance company. The insurance adjusters missed so many things it was shocking. Jason provided detailed photographs and measurements. He pointed out many areas that were missed in their written assessment. He had phone calls and in person meetings with the insurance company. Jason got us through the insurance gauntlet to a fair reimbursement amount. He looked out for us every step of the way. Marcelo and his team at Colonial Remodeling and Construction are top notch. They are reliable, conscientious and affordable! They go out of their way to answer and questions and clean up after their jobs. Do not hesitate to hire them! Well worth it.

In 2013, Colonial Remodeling & Construction built a simple concrete patio at the rear of our home. The staff was friendly and did a good job. We have been using the patio for the past 13 years and have seen no faults or deterioration in it.

I have used them three time for quick home exterior repair and an each time they are very thorough, timely and efficient.

Horrible! Left the job unfinished because the owner got frustrated with the amount of work that needed to be done after underestimating the job to be done. Then asked us for more money for the additional work after an agreement had been signed. We refused as we trusted the "professional" to know what needed to be done when we're quoted and agreed to pricing. Left us with a mess to fix!

We have used Colonial multiple times now and they are always so professional and their work is outstanding. Great Company!

Colonial remodeling dud a total tear off and replacement of my house’s roof, ¡All in one shift!, when I came home from work at 5 pm they had completed everything and cleaned up so well it seemed as if nothing had been going on that day. Very satisfied with the results.
