Trent came to replace a mercury vapor with an LED outdoor light. He was right on time and had everything changed and working within less than 30 minutes. He was very polite and answered all questions I had. Will definitely have Adams for any other electrical work I need done.

The service techs showed up for the scheduled appointment on my whole house generator which has not been on line since December of 24 due to a house fire. Adams Electric did the install 1.5 years ago. We discussed what needed to be done. The technicians did the maintenance and installed a new battery. Both technicians were very polite and new their jobs. I highly recommend Adam's Electric.

Todd was professional, personable and so fast in swapping out my water heater, no attempt to upsell, quote me other services, just a fast affordable but most importantly a professional job. Will recommend Adams out of Morris to everyone.

Every part of the process with Adams was a breeze! Scheduling an estimate was simple, and the estimate itself came back quickly. The work we needed (yard trenched for pool filter/pump/heater) was scheduled right away. Mike and Ryan showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and were as pleasant as can be. It's hard to come by people with integrity, quality work, and dedication to their craft, but this describes our experience to a "T". From residential electrical service installation, and now working on a few commercial buildings with electrical and plumbing, Adams has been a company we can trust, and that's saying something. Trent is an excellent foreman when it comes to the electrical division, and Todd is as well when it comes to plumbing.

Generac generator quit working. April the service tech came out and diagnosed the problem. She had it up and running in no time. Very pleased with her quick repair. She was very professional.

Adams does a great job making sure that my Generac generator is ready for that power outage. My annual inspection, and maintenance are performed correctly. My generator is now 6-7 years old and hasn't missed a beat. Thanks Adams!

They initially installed our generator & have maintained the past several years. We have had one issue and they were here immediately to address the issue. Their technicians are friendly & knowledgeable. Their office staff are friendly, knowledgeable, & good listeners.

I was able to set up a convenient time to meet with Mike from Adams electric that was not months away. I had several electrical issues and Mike got right to work and fixed them one after another. Very helpful and informative . Catalina and Julie explain your Generac service, this was the fist I heard about it. I did sign up for the middle one. My battery is due to be replaced and they tried to cal the tech but he just left, they are sending him out later with a battery no service charge. Very impressed with you service, Thank you

Crew was efficient, thorough, and pleasant. They asked for feedback during the installation and did a nice job of cleaning up. The made sure I received a walkthrough of equipment use before leaving and responded to any question I had. This Adams installation crew was very good

I had Adams come to the house to help me figure out the best way to get a couple new dedicated circuits in the basement. Mike the technician was very helpful and friendly. He suggested installing a couple tandem breakers rather than a new sub panel, greatly reducing the cost of my project. He also helped answer questions I had about my outdated surge protector, and time delay protection for my air conditioner compressor.

Adams electricians came to my home as scheduled and performed all requested work. The 2 new Tandem breakers, associated conduit/outlets, and the new Surge Protector all look great! The electricians were friendly, efficient, and very neat. I’m extremely satisfied with the entire job!! I’m glad I chose Adams to help with my electrical needs!

They were great to work with, on time quote was prompt,install guys were very nice and knowledgeable,. The workmanship was great. Very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have a Generac installed.

Professional crew. I only wish the scheduling was more specific. Was given an appointment range of an entire week, and on the day of service was provided only 20min notice that the technician was in transit. A text the day prior woukd have confirmed my ability to be home at the time of service which, unfortunately, I wasn’t.

Nick was very personable, did great job, but the spark plugs and air filter he changed look like brand new to me that's a waste of my money cost would be lower if they were not replaced
