Great place with so many options. Extremely helpful. Dave in the show room is the guy to see. He is the epitome of a customer service person.

Been going customer for a year. Rude staff slow service and overcharges there customers randomly and says it’s a mistake. Happened 4th time.

Please check you receipts they overcharge on few items for larger orders and most customers dont check.

Have only visited this place once, but we waited forever to be helped and they didn't have as many options as you would think for being a lighting store. Also, the prices were super high. We won't be back.

The Sales lady that helped us was named Bonnie she is extremely helpful and she is extremely polite she helps you in every way she can. love this place

Needed to replace a Lutron light switch but thought I was out of luck on getting the exact color. Mike at NW Electrical Supply showed off his excellent problem solving skills and showed me I could buy a replacement switch in another color and exchange the plastic switch/bezel from my broken Lutron to this new Lutron. Very happy customer! Thanks Mike!!

They will promise you everything and tell you what you want to hear but they will not keep their word I do not recommend

If you need unique light fixtures - this is the place to go. Chandeliers galore! They are not cheap, but you will find something different. Not open on Sundays during winter season. Sales people do not appear to work on commission, they are not pushy!

Supply staff are both rude and dismissive of me. No attempt was made to help, only to get me out of the way. Staff member treated me as ignorant and a bother our entire conversation. Sales staff didn't bother helping me find a replacement part, and argued with my parts capability ( Saying a 250v rated switch was actually 24v rated) despite its labeling stating the extent of its capability. This was the 1st time myself or anyone at my company had tried getting supplies from NorthWest, we will not be returning.

Love these guys! I went to three stores before coming here and I'll never make that mistake again. The other stores had no clue what I was looking for. I walked into here, not only did they know what I was looking for they had it readily available.

I came to get some help with existing can lights that were flickering after I changed the switches for them.  Mike T. took his time to figure out the best product which works with my existing cans and lightbulbs. The second issue I came in with was regarding a fan with a built in LED light that only came with a remote control and was not compatible with a regular fan light switch. Mike took the time again to reach out to the fans manufacturer and was able to order the appropriate switch given their advice. I experienced outstanding customer service and they proved to be very caring and professional throughout the process.

Wonderful lighting showroom. Great prices and much better products than those big box home improvement stores. But most importantly, the service. Bonnie was so helpful and made sure we got a great price.

We special ordered some items. After 15 days they were still not able to commit to having the items. Very unreasonable the sales person and her supervisor were. They charged us a cancelation fee of $100 because they couldn’t obtain items we special order purchased from them in a reasonable manner. Because of this we will never in our life shop with this disappointing company. Would leave less stars if possible.

Today, i bought a new undercabinet lighting system for my kitchen from Norwest Electrical Supply.
I was so impressed by the knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy displayed by Matt P. & Alex, along with the rest of their team. They answered all my questions and patiently went over all my options.
By the time i left the store, i knew that i would be doing repeat business there.

the prices from i heard are horrible and you can go next door to Menards and get most of the stuff for way cheaper.

We needed a special light switch and they had it in stock.

Very competitive price, great service. Worked with Amanda who helped spec out a set of outdoor lights to replace current fixtures. Would shop here again.
