Ken did an amazing job figuring out what we need to install an overhead sewer to our home. Not we have to figure out how to afford it.

The employees are courteous, helpful and go out of their way to carefully explain what is going to be done and all procedures necessary for the work to be completed.

Great service, they were at my house within 2-3 hours for a clogged service pipe. Had it fixed in an hour & great guys!

I have used Intelligent Service for both plumbing/sewer work and HVAC. In all cases, I found the staff to be knowledgeable, efficient, empathetic (nobody needs an uncaring person around when they have a clog), and respectful of my home by being clean and tidy. They also stand behind their work. I will be relying on them in the future.

Just had an auto-water shutoff (Flologic) installed by Johnny. He quoted a fair price and we were able to get the work scheduled a few days later. He was professional and courteous. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

As always really great experience using Intelligent Service. I had. plumbing leak, and they were over in 45 minutes to fix the issue.

Had toilet replaced, have small bathroom made sure the toilet fit properly and door still shut. Cleaned up after, put mats down so wouldn’t have water everywhere. I can’t replace myself so had to hire someone.

Our technician was professional and friendly. He filled us in as he made the repair and never tried to upsell us. Wonderful service at a very reasonable price!

Johnny came out and did a great job. Replaced ejector & switch. Mayde sure everything was clean and working well. Not the cheapest, but worth the security of knowing we are safe from back up in basement.

I saw your ad on Facebook for the $139 video of my main sewer line and due to the fact that my neighbor just experienced having his entire basement flooded with raw sewage and seen the hell he went through due to a backed up sewer main I figured it was worth the reassurance by spending $139. Thank God… by taking that gut check and getting Ken (AKA Boomer) out to video my sewer as 20’ foot outside of my foundation wall he found a collapsed pipe. Not only did he find this issue but the technology they had actually located The exact spot of the break on the exterior of my house, but also the depth at which the sewer line was located. He also found a “Y”in the existing sewer line that I did not know was there That explained a second issue that I was having with my kitchen sink and dishwasher drain. Within 30 minutes, not only did he find these issues, but also generated two proposals as he came up with two means and methods of repairing these issues to allow options for these repairs. I’ve spent 30 years as a general superintendent for extremely large commercial projects and since retired And only mentioning this to validate my review, as I am “OVER THE TOP” impressed with the express service, technology, and most important the personalization that I felt working with not only Ken, but also the entire process of getting this scheduled and the ease of doing such. I look forward to working with them to resolve my issue and will definitely follow up with the final review but so far cannot say enough and feel like I found that old school company that has welcomed the newest technology!
