Ed was able to accurately diagnose a faulty gas valve in my dryer that came with the house. Was onsite on time and able to accurately diagnose the problem! A day later he was onsite to replace the faulty part that basically required a complete disassembly of this dryer. Within 90 minutes of arrival he had everything reassembled and working properly. If anything comes up again I won't hesitate to call!
