I have worked with Mike Wurl on a number of projects over the years and have always found him to be professional and honest. I would highly recommend P&M.

We used P&M Renovations for our kitchen and 3 bathroom renovation project last summer. The quality of their work and finished products are top-notch. We are loving the update and really feel like it's a new home!

We sought proposals from many companies, and P&M stood out among all others. What a great choice we made. They literally reinvented our kitchen and family room. This area went from two rooms divided by a wall to a very large, modern open space with modern cabinets and appliances. Other rooms in our home were added to the project modernizing yet other spaces. The outside grill and patio are a cooks dream come true. If you are looking for a creative, highly competent organization to remodel nearly any area of you present home, I highly recommend P & M Renovations.

We just completed a total renovation of our Townhouse with P&M. We did a complete teardown to the walls and the concrete floor. The project came out great, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. P&M was competitively priced compared to the other companies we interviewed but they had lead with their kitchen cabinets. All the other companies were offering standard commercial cabinets that we needed to purchase separately. P&M offered custom cabinets that went all the way to the ceiling not your standard 42” cabinets. They came out gorgeous to say the least. Best of all, since they built the cabinets themselves, they made changes for us along the way even after the cabinet frames were installed. The cabinets were a super plus but I do not want to imply that the other rooms were just OK. They totally rebuilt the bathrooms and enlarged the master shower with new base, new wall tiles and new floors. Everything came out beyond our expectations including the redesign of the laundry room. My wife and I were super-pleased with the end result. I can’t think of anything negative to say about the job P&M did and would highly recommend P&M to anyone.

Mike and Team put a portico on our flat front brick home. He designed it, after listening to our wants and needs. We have had so many neighbors tell us how much they like it and how it really has improved the look of our home and neighborhood. It's hard to even remember what it looked like without it now, as he matched it to our previous brick and style. They also updated our family room by adding a large picture window and changing out our woodwork. Top quality workmanship! Lastly, we had them update our deck/screened-in porch. It was rotting and unsafe. Mike provided us with many choices and ideas to update this space. The end result left us with being able to enjoy our beautiful and safe outdoor space, with our family and friends. I would highly recommend P & M Renovations for their designs, quality of work and professionalism. Side note: Jose, in the office, always responded promptly to all questions.

I will start this by saying the work they did was okay. Paint already needs to be redone looks awful. They are not punctual. Terrible communication skills. They would say they were coming but wouldn’t show. The owner does not check the work. For the price I paid and the finished product I got I would not recommend.

This business was recommended to me by my son who noted all of the good reviews. My first impression of Diego (the President) and his company was favorable. He showed up, listened to the issues, made sketches and took measurements, and promised an estimate in a few days.
Ten days later I called him and he told me he had sent me a proposal - which was never received. He then promised a second proposal to be followed up with a phone call when he sent it. Neither the proposal or the phone call ever happened.
Most professionals would have had the courtesy to tell a client that they didn't want the job or couldn't handle the job. But leaving them hanging when they really need the work done was pretty lame. I gave him the courtesy of not looking at any other contractors while waiting for him and it has now cost me three weeks time.

Grizzly Renovations have come through for us 2 times. Both times I was left high n dry by 2 different contractors on 2 separate occasions. I contacted Diego at Grizzly Renovations and he was spot on with estimate and completion dates. They work with a purpose and clean up at the end of the day. They start early and finish late. A few times he worked on Sunday ( which is family day) just to finish what needed to be finished. I would give Grizzly Renovations 5 stars and highly recommend them.

Diego, Francisco and the entire team were just amazing,. They were professional, responsive, friendly, honest and the work is top notch. They finished our entire basement is less than 8 weeks (2bedrooms, 1 full bath and an entertainment area). My wife and I will definitely call Diego and team if we need anything else done and we highly recommend Diego’s team for your next project.

Diego was a pleasure to work with. He did my downstairs with a new drop ceiling and cylinder lighting. Love it. Will have him again to remodel kitchen and other electrical updates.

This is the second countertop installation I have asked Home Depot to help with. I’m surprised they can come to my home one hour away and install it; while Menards 7 minutes away from it doesn’t have the techs available for this work. I always trust HD for their select vendor, from initial estimate, to precision measure, to actual installation, to back splash tile install, Home Depot took the stress away from me while offer the best price on the market.

Ordered 7 boxes of LVP got 5 had to wait 2 weeks for the other two and poor timing with their only flooring company which was scheduled and rescheduled then they cancelled for not having enough workers. The entire process took over a month to complete. Home Depot should also be more clear on what the expectations are after someone pulls up carpet and decides that the plywood subfloor is not adequate to lay down the plank and the extra work and cost that’s involved. The only bright spot was the actual installer himself who did great work.
