Everyone was friendly and helpful. I found out I could have Home Depot come out and do measurement and talk to me about the different areas that I am going to have redone in the condo I am selling.

Absolutely horrible!! Would not recommend their carpet installation! First tech leaves a voicemail and text message with two different times he will be at my home. He gets there early and refused to wait 5 extra minutes for me to get there. Next once I finally get a measure and schedule the day for the installation, they cancel on me the day before! What a waste of time!

I needed someone to help me with a minor plumbing project and no one at Lowes or Menards could help. I drove the extra 5 miles to Home Depot in Naperville IL and an associate directed me to the man who works in their plumbing department - George. George showed me exactly what I needed and told me how to install it, showing me how to wrap the Teflon tape around the pipe. I went home, followed George's direction and was able to install the fixture myself. Perfect! No leaks.

Great service and prompt response with same day service needing work to be done same day for water heater replacement.

The installation company GS floor has not communicated when and what time installation will be done. It was supposed to be on March 6 but here we are on March 5 11 am and I have no communication when installation will be done

Took over 5 months to get the correct window treatments installed. Sales took the wrong measurements and sold window treatments that did not meet expectations that we discussed. Final install was not what was discussed but I was so tired of contacting them I didn’t reach out. Not satisified with final products or process.

Installation was well done. Had some issues with the measuring and product delivery that were resolved, but necessitated change orders. I was able to take time off work to address the issues as they occurred which was key to the success of the project.

Overall, we were happy with the quality of the work and the finished product, but there were issues along the way.

The tile arrived damaged and we did not know until the installer opened the boxes. I would have never expected this.

The installer claimed he had issues with his wet saw and was unable to make our first appointment. Because of this we had an extra day with our kitchen disassembled.

I would have understood this if not for him arriving late or not showing for every remaining day Day 1 scheduled for 8 am, called him at 9am and was told 10:30 arrival, then called me back at 11:30 and did I not arrive until 1pm. Day 2, scheduled for 7am at his request, but showed up at least 2 hours late.

Left jagged metal cuttings and tiles on my garage floor and at completion of the job, dumped his wet saw pan with tile cuttings IN MY FRONT LAWN. Seriously? I didn’t discover this until a couple of days later.

Forgot the paperwork for me to sign off on job and asked to come back on Friday with it. No show. Called unannounced on Saturday to do the same and forgot paperwork again! I had to sign a screenshot on his phone. You can’t write this stuff!

Tile work was good, but installer was a huge pain and tile arrived broken and had to be replaced. The installer didn’t seem do me a solid in picking up the replacement tile, but this could have been avoided if they just checked the order before it went out.
