They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. They also did a great job raising my service lines and replacing the weather head.

I had a problem with my kitchen outlets that kept shorting out the breaker. I reached out to A Plus Electric on Saturday evening and spoke with Leo. He was a very nice gentleman and was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to come over within a hour. He quickly took care of all my issues and even cleaned up after his work. I no longer have any electrical issues thanks to him. I would absolutely recommend A Plus Electric to everyone and I will use them again should the need arise.

We had wiring issues and all the power went out in our kitchen. I called and them came within 3 hours. They were incredibly professional, explained in detail everything they were doing, were transparent on pricing, friendly, and got the job done. I will absolutely use them again.

Great, fast service. Fair pricing and nice people. I always appreciate a company who has someone designated to answer the phone so that you don't have to wait for a call back. Once the office staff took my information I got a call back to schedule within 5 minutes. They came out the next morning, assessed the problem within moments. The prices were fair. They even managed to figure out a way around a major problem. They fixed it then and there, no coming back. They had all the supplies they needed and gave us some much needed information and recommendations. I will definitely call them for the rest of the work that we will need to do.

I had partial power in my house. I called A Plus Electric. They arrived on time and replaced main breaker. The work was professional and the price reasonable. We would definitely hire this company again for all of our electrical needs

These guys came through for us big time when we were screwed in more ways than one in our new house. And they came right away the day after we called and fixed everything up so it is safe and operational. Recommended big time for A Plus Electric.

The electricity went out in my 38 year old house, and it turned out I needed a whole new circuit panel. A-Plus came out the next day (and they even would have come last night, but I was fine waiting till this morning.) The technician got here right of the start of the 2 hr window they had given me (that never happens!) I had done research so I expected that this job would take 6-8 hrs, but the guy is so experienced and good at this that it only took 4 hours (a time AND money saver!) I am so grateful and happy I found them. Thank you for your prompt and good work

After getting several estimates to upgrade our home circuit to 200 amps, we decided to go with A-Plus Electric. Their price was reasonable, they were able to fit us in pretty quickly, and they were very timely and professional. Very happy with their service, will call them again!

Leo came to my home yesterday after I experienced an emergency with my circuit box. To my horror after living in my home for 25 years, I found out yesterday that I had rust and water damage in my electrical box that could have caused me the pain of losing my beloved home. Leo was kind and understanding and took the time to explain to me what happened. It's a big job but he knew exactly what he was doing. I am getting all my breakers replaced including the main and a whole house surge protector he will install on Tuesday. And I thought I only had an issue in the kitchen because the island light was blinking and buzzing! Folks these guys are the real deal!! Stop buying all the luxuries in your home and for God's sake make it a priority to have an electrician come out periodically to inspect your electrical. Your home and your family's life could depend on it!! I have found my permanent electrical company to work with and plan on them inspecting every 2-5 years so this never happens again. I have been richly blessed and as Leo told me yesterday.....pay attention and make electrical a priority above everything else.

We had A-Plus Electric out today for electrical work. Our experience was extremely good, and we were fortunate to have them out to do the work. Both Steve and Leo were excellent and have given us comfort knowing that we are fully compliant with our home electric system.

Great pricing compared to the other quotes i got. Steve and Leo were great. We got all our work done in the time they estimated which worked out well. They also have a great location in Niles which I used before but just got time to review. I would recommend them for any electrical need.

Leo was great! Responded quickly and had everything repaired in no time!

Excellent work. Reasonable. They checked, replaced, repaired electrical features in my 23year-old townhouse that needed immediate attention to prevent fire. Extremely diligent and honest. I recommend them without reservation.

They put an outlet behind the TV in the bedroom, which was fully wall papered, and they did an excellent job. It was as if it had been there all along. I also had then add an outlet in my downstairs hallway and replace some old breakers. All this work was done within a few hours on a Saturday and on the same day that I called for to get a quote! Very professional and for the work, I think very fairly priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for future electrical needs.

The absolute BEST. I Googled yesterday and pick this company. Good choice. Lynn answered immediately heard what I needed and said she'd relay and have him call me back. Within 2 minutes he called and scheduled today! Showed up early. Completed my immediate need and several other things that others avoided! I am telling everyone that there are few contractor, electricians etc that do what they promised, on time and stay to complete the job. LEO is in my speed dial!

Response was quick and they came out same day which I appreciated. Technician seemed knowledgeable enough, however he was shockingly rude. We had several large costly projects to do, but I will not be using them.

After two messages with the reception service explaining the kitchen work I needed done, two emails, and a four day wait, I get a call back asking what work I want done and a response that “we don’t do that sort of work at this time.” Wasted my time to find out my job isn’t big enough for them I guess; why couldn’t the answering service explain this and save me the trouble? Unprofessional

Guys showed up on time and did good work. Pricing is ridiculous for parts. I don't even know what to say for how overcharged I was for parts, not even close to reasonable. Five star for responsiveness and work done, zero stars for pricing. Will never use again and would not recommend
