I had a great experience with Koshgarian! I have a large, hand-tuffed, 9x12 rug which had come unraveled in a spot in the middle. I was able to get a swatch of the rug from the manufacturer, then Koshgarian used this to repair the rug. It looks great! I can’t even tell which spot was repaired. After this and the cleaning, the rug is as good as new, at significantly less cost than an entire new rug. Wonderful customer service, they took the time to listen and look at my problem, then found a way to help me. This will be my go-to cleaner from now on.

Koshgarian is best rug cleaner in DuPage County. Just had them again for wall to wall carpet cleaning. Also they do great work on rugs you carry in. Always very professional when they do our home.
