Made an appointment 2 weeks ago Thursday for an appointment last Thursday. The appointment was set for 3-5. At 4:45 I called and a gentleman said he call his boss and call me back. Today is Tuesday 6/24. I’m still waiting for the call. I assume this is why they only have 14 reviews. I guess because they can’t make it to anyone’s home

My place was in urgent need of a deep house cleaning because i was hosting my family for Thanksgiving. I called Euro Clean and they managed to schedule me an appointment the next day. Their superb customer service was impressive, they took care of me like I was a celebrity. The girls arrived at my house and left it looking spotless and made sure to meet all the specific standards I mentioned, like my bathroom and living room. Definitely recommend them and would use their services again.

It has been such a run around looking for the right cleaning services in Naperville. I was so happy that my assistant recommended your office cleaning services to us. Your staff was very friendly, and they pay attention to details. They always arrive on time and always leave our offices spotlessly clean.

I found the best house cleaning services around. I am sure of it. They did an amazing job getting my house clean for my special event. I was having family over and had no time to clean, so I decided to hire this company. They were very professional and friendly as well as flexible to schedule. I loved their work so much that I think I am going to make their cleaning services a regular thing. If you need house cleaning services, you will love their work. Spotless and affordable.

I ordered a deep clean (which included wiping baseboards)to the lady on the phone that my house was going to go over the hours she figured. I had no problem paying for additional hours and I made her very aware of that. I made sure to ask if they dusted or swept underneath furniture and she said yes. I told her my house was going on the market the next day and here I am at 10 o'clock at night cleaning my house because it went on the market this morning and I already have a scheduling for tomorrow. I asked the girl cleaning my kitchen if she was going to do the top of the refrigerator and she said yes. I asked the manager if she could dust my lamp shades and she said yes. None of the above mentioned and more was done. I'm trying to figure out what they consider a deep clean?? Because it's definitely not what I received!

I hired Kesap Cleaning to come clean our house before we had professional pictures taken to list it for sale. The 3 ladies came in and knocked it out of the park! They were so thorough and made the house shine. I had planned to clean the kitchen myself but they did it instead and they made it look amazing! We sold our house and moved out and I had then come back in and clean again after we moved because they are that good and I knew they would make it look great. Debra is extremely responsive and I could email her with any question and she would get back to me with answers so fast. If you are looking for cleaning services, don’t waste your time calling other companies and go straight to Kesap Cleaning!!! I would highly highly highly recommend!!

Just booked Kesap for my first house cleaning and everything was so smooth from scheduling to actual service. Suanne, Crystal and Susan were on time and THOROUGH. Two kids, two pets and 2,000SF of house kept them busy but they delivered. The crew leader called me to check in and ask clarifying questions - it was clear she really cared about her work and the customer experience. She also let me know about the “trouble zones” in my house that I should kept an eye on. Thrilled to come home to a clean house and looking forward to having them on a regular rotation. I can write this review now that time has been afforded to get to know the crew. After 3 months, having seen various crews visit our home, I'm seeing more consistency in the crew and quality. Having consistent communication is key if you want to be satisfied.

Karen and her team are incredible. Karen’s right hand support Sally provides the same level of service while Karen is away. I had a less than acceptable team to start so I know the difference. Kessp Cleaners did everything possible to make it right. Great company and Karen is so highly appreciated.

Was looking for a good house cleaning after some remodeling and came across Kesap Cleaning. We set it up and they came on the other say. They sent out 3 awesome ladies out Susanne, Susan and Alexis. The 3 of them worked so well together and had the house looking spectacular.
