Amazing! The most professional service I’ve ever used. From the beginning, communication/pricing was prompt and straightforward. I think prices are very fair (and the company is fully insured etc). Kylie, Heather, and Becky arrived exactly on time. They did an incredible job deep cleaning and we look forward to having them come regularly (omg how did they do the shower door?!). They are polite/nice, careful, and attentive. They brought all the materials needed including clear garbage bags for the small trash bins. The best thing for me is the cleaning solutions they use are not too fragrant/overwhelming. I’m extremely sensitive to fragrance (and usually prefer no fragrance) but their products smell great and dissipate fast (and no strong bleach smell). Actually the showers have a faint lavender smell or something nice. I am so glad I found Kesap and would recommend them to anyone!

Stefanie, Amber, and Cora did an amazing job at my house - I needed a deep clean done after moving in and they were thorough. They asked questions upfront about my preferences for products used and what my priorities were and left my house sparkling clean. I look forward to their next visit!

Friendly, reliable cleaning services! I don’t always have the same ladies each time, so it is hard for me to remember all of the names. What I do know is that each time everyone is respectful of me, my cat (who likes to surprise them) and my things. This week’s crew did an excellent job especially on bathrooms, kitchen and floors. As an extra perk, one of the youngest? ladies, noticed a cobweb on a very high up window. She went beyond the usual routine to remove it, using a full stretch!

I’ve been using Kesap Clean for over a year on a biweekly basis and they’ve been such lifesavers for our family! Scheduling is always consistent, their staff is always super friendly and trustworthy, and our house always gets a great clean “reset” - we love cleaning days! I really appreciate that they always send a team of 3 so they’re in and out quick. We also really appreciate that they try and send the same team (we usually have Gaby’s team!) and that there is a team lead that quality checks everything.

Just had Suanne and Vera from Kesap do a deep clean of our home after being away for several months. We can’t say enough positive things about the work they did. Two lovely ladies came over, cleaned everything very quickly and efficiently, and were so kind and friendly throughout the whole process. The house was spotless, and it made a huge difference for me. We hired Kesap clean for a full day on a very large home and they did a great job.

Foremost, was the rapid response and scheduling. We got a perfect day that met our schedule, which was much appreciated.

As for cleaning, we have always been pleased with our cleaning services but felt Kesap really blended an incredible focus on small details along with, of course, the larger tackle items.

The team of four - Amber S., Kyana, Gabriela with team leader Sara were excellent. They informed of any problems and kept to a great schedule. Indeed most impressive on scheduling, is that house is very large and being their first time at the residence, they really timed the entire job perfectly, finishing all areas and, more so, finishing after a long day as strong as they started. Very impressive.

The one cleaner Susan who came to my home for post construction cleaning was amazing. She was professional and thorough. Communication was great too. I took 1 star off because there were supposed to be 3 in a crew but only 2 showed up. And one even took off midway through. Susan was such a trooper cleaning a 4000+ SF home on her own! Eventually Kesap sent in additional crew members to help out. Other than this hiccup, communication with Kesap’s office was easy and efficient.

I was incredibly impressed by the deep cleaning service provided by Sue, Dawn, and Jill. Our apartment was in serious need of a thorough clean, and they went above and beyond—especially with dusting and cleaning the baseboards, which were a major focus for us. I was blown away by the level of detail and care they put into every corner. The place looks and feels amazing now. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a truly deep clean!
