Luke was awesome! He cleaned our dryer vent and was so friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond , removing and replacing our dryer vent , cleaning up our dryer area since the dryer was pulled out and even put the dryer closet door back on so my husband wouldn’t have to do it. We plan on having him back to do whole house duct cleaning. Highly recommend this business!

Luke cleaned and sanitized my air ducts, and he repaired my dryer vent and cleaned it. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process and took before and after photos showing the dirt and dust that had been cleared. He was very reasonably priced and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend and will be using his services again!

Luke did an outstanding job cleaning/sanitizing our air ducts. He also repaired our furnace vent which was creating a musty smell in the home. He was transparent throughout the entire process from start to finish. He's reasonably priced compared to competition and did a great job. The duct cleaning service seems to have a ‘checkered’ reputation. So I was reluctant to have this done. But there’s been a significant change in the quality of the air and less dust in our home. We used Patriot based on the 5 star reviews and I can attest the reviews are well deserved.

I initially called several companies but Patriot asked about the size of our home and information about our furnace. There was no talk about a ‘special discount’. They provided a description of how they perform the cleaning.

Luke showed up on time with a large compressor and vacuum. He explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. Throughout the process he showed me the results of the cleaning. I’d show a photo but it’s embarrassing how much dust and debris was removed.

I’m sure there are cheaper providers but I would highly recommend Patriot. They have changed my opinion about the duct cleaning business.

Luke came on schedule, was fairly priced, and is the kind of “good people” I like to support. He showed me all the pet hair, dust and debris that had collected in our vents over the last decade since it was built and I was shocked. Our house has been less dusty on the baseboards and surfaces since the cleaning. We’ll be calling Luke again in a few years for regular maintenance.
