I have worked with Jennifer at The Kitchen Master on three projects over the past 18 years: full set of kitchen cabinets for a remodel, cabinet doors for a bathroom update, cabinets for a basement remodel. I know I'm getting better quality cabinets than what I could buy at a big box store. More important, the expertise of the designers at The Kitchen Master helps me avoid mistakes. I like to do some of the remodeling work myself, but I need help in picking out cabinets that will look good and meet our needs. Kitchen Master has been a perfect fit for us.

Last summer, upon deciding to remodel the kitchen and the bathrooms and after interviewing five companies, I went with The Kitchen Master and have never regretted the choice.
First, they have an impressive showroom, which not only features different designs and implementations, but, also, has a large selection of materials and hardware you can look at up-close.
Secondly, my first appointment was with the founder and the owner of the company, who has demonstrated sheer professional knowledge and the expertise. An extremely knowledgeable designer has been assigned to the project to help me navigate through all the phases of the remodeling and through all kinds of the available choices. All the prep work, which included taking the measurements, design, and work planning, has been done meticulously and in very thorough manner. Multiple craftsmen had stopped by to evaluate, clarify, and confirm the scope and the feasibility of the project details before the start of the work. The project manager assigned to oversee and coordinate the work at my house, on multiple occasions, has also demonstrated the highest level of knowledge of the construction/house remodeling business and expertise.
I have never had to leave a voicemail because there is always a person, who answers the phone. The project manager, the designer and the owner are always available. Also, the office is opened six days a week, which helps a lot when you need or want to discuss your project face-to-face. By the way, all the personnel are friendly, very helpful and, most importantly, are very patient explaining the intrinsic details of the work being done.
The company maintains a website for communicating the project's progress. That includes, but is not limited to, schedules, documents, financial information and just messages customers may want to send to the management. In my experience, the response has almost always been instantaneous.
All the people involved in the project demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and the expertise.
I cannot stress enough how happy I am knowing that my remodeling dreams are coming through. Although the work is still going, I want to give a happy customer's shout to this great company.

04/21/2023 UPDATE: A BIG shout out to the company again. The first phase of the project (a complete kitchen, laundry room an the powder room remodeling) has been completed on time despite some extra requests from the owner:) (Kudos to the project manager Tom M.) Phase No2 includes replacing the trim all over the house and a lot of painting. So, stay tuned for another update from the happy customer:)

We selected Kitchen Master after considering 2 other candidates. What stood out to us in making that decision is how their designer (Anna) took the time to navigate an unfamiliar area for us. The knowledge offered and time spent pre-decision was very very impressive.

Once the decision was made, we had heard from others about how the project timelines get extended [in this industry] and “get ready.” With Kitchen Master, nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, they had to expedite us! Their project manager (Tom) clearly communicates the dates and provided a schedule that he and his team adhered to the entire project duration (multiple weeks, involving multiple disciplines, subcontractors, city departments).

The project manager’s team, starting with Anthony, was very professional and quite patient with our incessant questions / curiosity. The team’s attention to detail and commitment to high quality and cleanliness were quite impressive.

We felt the support of the designer and project manager throughout the project. If we had any concerns - they made it easy to voice any hesitation / trepidation one might have with such an extensive undertaking.

Post project - we are absolutely delighted in what we have - a beautiful new kitchen, master bathroom, etc. that we thought would only be a dream.

Thank you Kitchen Master. Our new kitchen is incredible. The Kitchen Master not only remodeled our Kitchen, but fixed a number of electrical problems and installed ceiling fans in other rooms -- all on time and on budget. They delivered all they promised and more, with workmanship that exceeded our expectations. Our designer, Anna, provided much needed advice and had excellent suggestions, but more importantly, she listened .... creating a design that was professional and worked for us.

Anna Lehner did an amazing job on my kitchen design and the finished result is better than I imagined. Tom the project manager kept me informed throughout the entire process and promptly responded to all my questions. The entire project team was professional and I was able to not only leave the state during construction but left the country for 8 days without worry. The buildertrend app was very helpful as I was able to see the daily schedule and progress pictures every day. They also have no issue with dogs which was a huge plus for me as I did not have to board mine during construction. I would highly recommend Anna for her impeccable design services.

Kitchen Master (KM) took my BIG ideas and made them into a beautiful, functional kitchen for my family. Every one of the numerous workers who came into our house was skilled, professional, and friendly, as well as respectful of our space and time (and our cat!). Once we nailed down a plan, Tom, our project manager and all-around great guy, kept the work flowing while he kept constant communication going with me. I believe it's those relationships and the attention to detail that makes a renovation special and KM is all about the details. It's what separates them from a more generic "installer" from a big box store. Many things were worked out in the design phase, then when on site, our main guy, Josh, picked up on small problems and resolved them with finesse. I'm picky, but I think Josh was pickier! He took that much pride in his work. We trusted KM with our first renovation in the 1980s, and we're even happier we trusted them to do a great job in 2017. Thank you, Kitchen Master!

The Kitchen Master replaced our counters, backsplash, sinks and faucets. They covered my floors and taped off the family room for removal and always cleaned up! My kitchen looks amazing and updated! It only took a week! They are a pleasure to work with and you won’t be disappointed!

Kitchen Masters were wonderful. Can't say enough about their workmanship and ethics. Anna Lehner our designer was wonderful and thoughtful in her designs. Everything was on budget!! Project Manger Tom Meyers was there every step of the way. Any issues were handled immediately. Josh Sours our site installer was excellent. His attention to detail was awesome. I would use them again. Such a pleasant experience.

The entire project went well. From the help with design work, both in the planning phases, but maybe more importantly, through pivotal decisions and changes we determined during the project, Stacey was a great resource. Anthony did a great job of providing onsite project management and the quality of his construction work was meticulous.. Throughout the project, from planning through completion, the communication was well done and on schedule. Well done. We love our new kitchen!

We used The Kitchen Master for a new island. Everyone we worked with from the design team to the installers was very professional, knowledgeable and competent. The project was completed on time and on budget with quality materials and had some custom features. We were really impressed with the suggestions and execution from The Kitchen Master team.

We could not be happier with the Kitchen Master. We have 2 small children, so rather than mess with all sorts of contractors, we chose to go with a one-stop shop that can do it all from start to finish. The entire Kitchen Master process was excellent from start to finish. Our designer was Adam and he took tons of time with us to create the perfect design. He allowed us to work through a lot of ideas and concepts, and he always guided us in the right direction. It's very clear that he's up to speed on the current trends, and what will be in style in 10 years. The workers were extremely clean, friendly, and efficient. The entire project was done within 5 weeks and the kitchen looks AMAZING. Josh was at our house on time every day, and his work is second to none. Josh can truly do it all. He was extremely friendly to our family, while also being very professional and never leaving a mess. For anybody considering a kitchen or bathroom re-model, we would HIGHLY suggest using The Kitchen Master.

From the first consultation with our representative Adam until the completion of the project the service, workmanship and responsiveness was fantastic. We were very happy with the work the Kitchen Master did remodeling our kitchen. Joseph did a great job and communicated throughout the project. He was frequently on site to ensure he stayed in touch with the progress personally. Very impressive. With a project of this scale, we had a number of different crews coming through the house. All were professional, respectful, and did great work. One stood out from the rest, though - Josh. I believe Tom says he's a carpenter, but from our perspective, he's a rock star! He was the first one on our job site, prepping the house for construction traffic before any work started. He was here with us the most frequently of all tradesmen, and we can't say enough good things about him. His work ethic, pride in his work and genuine care for our project and our home were all extremely impressive. The entire team helped us deliver a transformation that we are still in awe of. They did it on time, on budget, and with a level of professionalism and quality of work that we couldn't be more impressed with. Thanks to Stacy, Tom, Josh and the entire team that helped us!

Don't look further!!! This company is the one you want if you want the job to be done right!!!! We have never been so impressed with the quality of the materials, cabinetry, etc. Also, all the employees were so pleasant to work with and very professional. We have our dream kitchen to last us a lifetime. And we have to give a special shout-out to Ted who took care of us personally and made sure we were happy with every aspect!!! Recently completed MBR remodel. Recommend KM highly. Their process methodically guides you from start to finish so that you can make selections and review them carefully before putting a nail in the stud. The workmanship and neatness during installation are excellent. Everybody from the showroom to the installation crew was courteous, attentive, and responsive to questions. We're very pleased with the quality of products for the shower enclosure, vanity, counter, and accessories. If you're looking for premium, you found it.

For the 20 years we have been in our house, we used The Kitchen Master for our kitchen, our master bathroom, our hall bathroom and the best damn mud room you will ever see. Jennifer is an extraordinary designer and Ted is a perfectionist who will make sure his team delivers top notch work. For our first project, the kitchen, we ordered the cabinets through The Kitchen Master but had our own contractor install them. Big mistake! A few years later when Ted came to the house for the next project, he was so disappointed with how my contractor hung the kitchen cabinets that he fixed them for me. I’ve never used anyone else since.
We haven’t had a major project in about 5 years but when I decided to sell my house, I needed a few things fixed to make everything look great. Some water damage below the sink had warped that cabinet, a toe kick was beyond a simple touch-up, and then I broke a glass pane in one of the kitchen cabinets 2 weeks before showings were to start. Ted and his team hopped right on it when I called. They didn’t have to do that. My work wasn’t going to be a big money maker and I’m moving out of state so there isn’t the promise of a lot of work in my next house. But none of that mattered. Ted and his team made me feel like they always make me feel - like my project was the most important one in the world.

We just completed our 4th project with Kitchen Master, so obviously we love their work! This time it was a "down to the studs" kitchen and bath remodel in our historic home. Everyone who worked on the project was professional and added to the quality of the experience. Our kitchen is beautiful and was finished on time according to the time frame we were given from the start. Exceptional work all around!

Stacy was my designer and she was extremely patient with all my questions and indecisiveness!
The team that did the work was just great! Tom always gave me notice as to when and who would be working
and what time they would arrive. He also checked on the work every step of the way.
Josh who worked on the carpentry/cabinetry is the best! Again, patient with my questions and indecision!
The garage and the kitchen were totally cleaned up at the end of each work day. The work area was totally sealed off
and I had almost no "construction dust."
The project started on schedule and finished up a couple days ahead of the original schedule.
I choose them because I felt most comfortable with their approach to the project and I definitely made the right choice!

My wife and I are very pleased with the work done by Kitchen Master. We enjoyed our time working with Anna. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and she took the time to help us design our beautiful new kitchen. As a whole, the project was very organized. Tom and his team were friendly, and we also appreciated how they took the time to clean up after each stage of the project was complete. When we did have a problem with a supplier part and a subcontractor error, Anna and Tom immediately addressed it to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Kitchen Master and its team of professionals.

We began our journey in 2022. Our bathrooms needed to be remodeled after 35 years. We looked at a number of remodelers but ultimately chose the Kitchen Master. Our designer Stacy helped us with both our master and hall bathroom. They turned out amazing. We couldn’t be more pleased.
After that remodel we chose to do our kitchen as well. Stacy led us through that process as well. All the items she help us chose turned out to be a work of art. There is no way we would have been able to do it by ourselves.
Tom was our project manager. He coordinated all the tear down and installation. Their carpenter Josh was fantastic. All the contractors were professional and showed up on time. Again we could not be more pleased.
