I chose Ware Landscaping due to them being a local company and because of their amazing reviews. They did an amazing job on my Naperville property. They fixed my buried downspouts, laid 800 rolls of sod, 16 arborvitae and a ton of landscaping/flowers. They worked extremely hard, showed up everyday and Jeronimo was incredibly helpful and went out of his way for us. If you want professional work with high quality products these are your guys.

Ware Landscaping removed all of my weed infested lawn, installed a french drain to combat a terrible erosion issue, regraded my property and installed fresh sod everywhere. Price came in as quoted, and they were also flexible when I asked about add-ons such as mulch. They also worked with me to schedule the project work during the week that was best for my family, which was wonderful. 10/10, would recommend.

My Family moved into a house with an uneven front yard and overgrown garden and retaining wall. I couldn’t cut my grass level because of all the dips and depressions. We scheduled a quote from ware landscaping and Michael came out to assess our problem. He was very kind and professional. He understood our concerns and went straight to work. We told him what we envisioned and he nailed it. He even gave us sound advice that made sense and felt like we were talking to a friend. He wasn’t trying to sell something that wasn’t needed or try any gimmicks. We affectionately referred to our backyard as "The Swamp" as that's what it turned in to after every rain. We hired Ware to install a French drain and they did an amazing job. Mike, Greg and the rest of the crew made our back yard dream a reality with a drainage system to remove the stream that flowed through the middle of the yard, which flooded every rainstorm and stuck around for weeks. To complete the look in came a perfectly designed beautiful hardscape patio that we can’t wait to use this summer. The entire crew were incredible, so friendly, knowledgeable, and paid attention to every detail. Highly recommend!

Where Landscaping designed and installed a beautiful plan for both the front and back of my home. They were professional and efficient and I love the final result. So after a lot of research on companies I came across Ward. I cannot say enough about this company. My mom had standing water and dead grass from it. From start to finish the communication was impeccable as was there work. I believe it was Mike that came out to the house and met with my mom and I. He's the nicest guy and so easy to work with. He told us up front what we would need and how much it was. We went ahead and approved work. This crew that came out seriously did not mess around. They had my mom's yard dug up and ripped out in 1 day. My mom's yard is pretty big. Next day the dug trenches, installed underground drainage system and sodded the entire yard. We had our neighbors even coming saying they cannot believe the work these guys are doing. I'd recommend Ware landscaping to anyone. Oh and we had a very very slight problem that they didn't even question and came out and fixed it. They seriously just came out and fixed it no questions asked. A shout out to Diane in the office to. She probably doesn't get enough credit but she's on top of her game. I'm not one to write reviews but when it's deserved it's deserved. Ware Landscaping came completely redid my whole yard, and my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. They also built us a patio, that we just love. The Ware Landscaping Company did a fabulous job on my parent’s property. Due to illness, much had overgrown, to say the least. They did a an excellent job! It looks back to normal, and my parents are very happy, as am I.

From the first phone call to plan an estimate which was answered by Connie, the initial design and estimate by Mike, to the completed project and final walk-thru by the operations manager Greg everything was 100 percent professional. The team walked us thru the plan, laid out everything from the plan, reviewed the layout against the plan, made recommendations for improvements based off their experience, listened and answered my questions and even used one of my many suggestions . A very professional and highly skilled team with the ability to take an idea into a picture and then take that from a picture to a dream come true. I would recommend Ware Landscaping for any of your needs and I have already sent neighbors his way that stopped by to admire the workmanship. My wife and I live in an awesome home that however had one serious issue...our yard would flood (yes, flood, the whole back yard, 18-24 inches) after any major rain storm. We searched for a few different contractors to take care of this big job, and we decided to go with Ware, because Mike was the only contractor out of the bunch who showed 100% confidence to take on the task and completely fix the issue. Mike made promises regarding the results of the work that they would perform in our yard, and his team absolutely delivered! They noted the weak drains that we originally had installed and they replaced those with new french drains, and they also added more french drains throughout our whole back yard to ensure that the flooding issue would be resolved. After the work was completed, we were anxiously waiting for the next big rainfall, which occurred a few weeks later, and Ware's hard work was definitely worth it! No flooding at all, barely even swampy. Other accommodations were also provided considering the size of the job. We are very relieved and no longer have any concerns regarding our lawn. Ware made us some very happy campers! If I were looking for any work to be done, I would call Ware to do the job. Thank you so much Ware, we greatly appreciate you!!!

Used then 2 years ago for a shed base, sod, and river rock. My backyard south side had mulch as grass didn't grow that went under the fence. Old garden not used that wouldn't grow grass, and borders with white rock and plants not touched in years. Mike suggested replacing all with sod. Looks amazing.

Last fall, Ware Landscaping removed the old patio and installed a gorgeous new patio. We LOVE. I waited until this year to post pictures of our new patio with our furniture on it. They did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had Ware landscaping out last week to install drainage and re-grade/sod our entire yard. The objective was to resolve an issue with our yard flooding at least 6 times a year. Mike's crew was polite, worked neatly and trenched almost the entire perimeter of our yard BY HAND!!!! These guys dug through roots from mature 60-year-old landscaping and under a fence without tearing it out. They clearly knew what they were doing, and worked meticulously on the pitch for the drainage throughout the job. Their trenching was done neatly, with tarps laid down beside the trench for the dirt to be placed on. The grading and sod were done very well. The last few days of sod work were done in the rain - these guys just didn't stop. We've now got a beautiful yard - we just need a few inches of rain to test the new drainage!

Mike and his crew were great to work with. Very easy to communicate with. Mike is very personable - the guy you'd want living next door to you. This was a great transaction. Would definitely do business with Ware Landscaping again.

October 21 - we still haven’t gotten a torrential rain but here’s a few new pix showing the finished product in the front yard.

April 1, 2021 - We had plenty of snow over the winter followed by a few inches of rain shortly after the snow melt. ZERO standing water. Thanks Mike and crew!

We are very happy with the French drain and new sod installed by Ware Landscaping. The crew were hard workers and very ready to listen to what we need in our yard. Highly recommend ware landscaping for drainage solutions and sod installation.

Ware Landscaping did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! I needed my entire backyard regraded and they filled it in with more than 2 truck loads, installed a French drain and put new beautiful green sod on top. They also power washed and reset my front retaining wall.

Communication from the beginning was always very good. We always knew when they were coming out. The project was completed on time as well.

They also called on their own a month after the project to check on the sod and were willing to replace some spots due to the June heat wave.

Would recommend Ware Landscaping to all!!!

I needed to remove a sand pit from my backyard, which included also removing step stones, rocks, a wooden frame but primarily the sand pit which had become an eye sore and not usable. After that, we wanted new grass/sod installed to increase the usable size of our yard. Mike came out the next day after I requested a quote, provided me a quote on-site within a few minutes and offered me a great price. He was personable, understanding of my needs, and gave me confidence that his team could handle this.

A few days later, his team came out and started the project. The following day they completed the entire project. I was not home upon completion, but they did a great job and sent a follow up email with instructions on how to take care of my new sod. My neighbors were all impressed too with the quality of work, having seen the crew at work and the end product.

The only thing I'd prefer in the future is a call from a project manager or similar to confirm everything went smoothly and if I had any follow up questions.
