Excellent Service!! Our Furnace went out and Four Sons was contacted and very helpful right from the start. It was such a relief to be contacted by Jason and he quickly gathered the information, confirmed the part needed, ordered the part and was very friendly and courteous the whole time. It was very reassuring, especially after a few bad interactions with previous heating company during the day trying to find someone to fix our furnace.

When the part arrived, Rich came out and was very nice, welcoming and respectful and more importantly knowledgeable. He took his time and explained the situation installed the part and confirmed everything was working as it should.

I can’t explain how nice it was from the start working with Four Sons, compared with other companies.

We will definitely be working with Four Son Heating & Cooling to continue to service our home and keeping us comfortable.

Great experience! I had a problem with my furnace and John came and very quick and professionally find that the control board is not working properly. John replaced the control board, checked all system and I'm very happy that Four Sons Heating & Cooling resolved my furnace problem very fast. John was friendly, professional and answered to all my questions regarding fixing and replacing the furnace and the whole system.

This company deserves an award for doing excellent work and being so honest. After having another AC company tell me I needed a new compressor for my AC unit and leaving my family without AC during a hot summer day, I was referred by another neighbor to call Four Suns.They came out and found that the previous AC company was wrong on their diagnosis. Four Suns replaced the correct part on my AC unit and had my house with AC in a matter of a couple hours. Thank God for their honesty and good nature professionalism. I will now use them for all my future fall and spring tune ups. Four Suns deserves recognition for being a great heating and air conditioning company! Just wanted to update on how amazing Four Suns still is! John Paul, our service tech, always goes above and beyond! Pervious companies were never as thorough as JP or as professional and courteous as he had been! The owners are amazing too, always willing to help or answer a question that may not need a service call out. I highly recommend Four Suns!

Four Suns Heating and Cooling is indeed a rare find! My heater stopped working on Sunday evening
In the midst of one of the coldest nights we had in a while. I contacted them at a time of the day when you generally don’t expect a call back.. But, Jason punctuality, professionalism and competencies are definitely second to none. Clearly they see their clients as long term business partners and threat them as such! Very impressed! I wholeheartedly recommend this company!

Four Suns Heating and Cooling is a rare find! They are honest, reliable, timely and priced competitively. Jason/Rick/Joey professionally installed our new furnace within 24 hours of me contacting and they even left my furnace room cleaner then when they got there. Also, Four Suns’ extended 10 year labor warranty with service agreement was the deciding factor…. you get an extended labor warranty just for using them to do your annual maintenance, that’s a no brainer. I would highly recommend them.

Call the office in morning and the technician showed up around 1 pm. Very professional guy (Armstrong) and keep me educated while he repair the furnace ignition issue. Fixed the furnace issue in 2 hours (very old furnace) and a small issue of my humidifier. Strong recommend!

I dealt with Joey from Four Suns for my AC this past summer and for my furnace a few days ago. He was absolutely fantastic. Both times, he patiently answered all of my meticulous questions and he talked me through all of my options, while never upselling or doing any of the stuff I loathe and have no patience for. Four Suns will definitely be my HVAC Co. from here on out.

We had a new furnace/a/c put in by them last winter. We got several estimates, and went with them, because Jason was honest and upfront in the process. They were in and out as quickly as they could be, didn’t make a mess and were great about explanations. He was back out in the spring to finish the AC up. Overall, very helpful and reliable. My heat was not working during a very cold couple of days. I called first thing in the morning (after trying to google a solution myself unsuccessfully) and my call was answered right away. They took my info and gave me an estimated time when someone would arrive. John arrived right on time, was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to fix my furnace and start heating up my house right away! A new part was needed and they were able to accommodate my schedule to return and replace it. The cost was very reasonable and I could not be happier with the service provided. John especially was absolutely wonderful and I cannot thank him enough.

Edit 2 years later: My AC was not cooling for a very hot week in July. I contacted Four Suns and they had someone out very quickly. Rich was extremely helpful in finding the cause of the issue and laying out my options. He ensured I had all the knowledge needed to make the best decision for my situation. I am so impressed by the dedication of Four Suns in making sure they have a staff that will always do right for their customers. When I need a replacement I will absolutely be having it done by them!

I have used Four Suns’ service for over 10 years now, they are honest and service is top notch, Joey and Brian were very professional and thorough. Jason responds to my text even on weekends when we had an emergency with our thermostat early this year, though he couldn’t come out but he helped us troubleshoot via text. I appreciate a company who puts their customers’ interest as priority.

I would highly recommend Four Suns!! I called them today in a panic. My heater went out and my house was SO cold.. I asked the guy on the phone if he could get someone out today and literally less than an hour later, my doorbell was ringing!
Angel showed up and was very pleasant! He was knowledgeable and very thorough. He got my heater running in less than a half hour and the price was so much less than I was expecting!! I am so happy with the outcome. I would recommend them to anyone asking for an HVAC company. You won't be disappointed!! Thank you Four Suns! My house is already starting to feel more cozy!!
