Reviews of local pros in Naperville, Illinois

If ten stars were available, I'd give ten!
Daniel has been servicing our furnace and A/C exclusively for years now and is always prompt, reliable, personable and honest. He takes the time to explain any concerns and describe options. There are never any surprises. My commitment to Daniel's company was reinforced last spring when a different company honored their contract on my two rental properties......the difference was night and day as they attempted to charge me for services and a part that had not been discussed or approved.
I'm completely confident that I'm well taken care of with Hall of Fame.

Here we are a year later and time to edit my review!!
I'm afraid that I need to change my first line of the last review.....if I could give 20 stars.....I would!!
Daniel, Chris and crew just installed a new (heat pump) furnace and AC and not only did everything go smoothly, they came in under the quoted price!
They are an absolute joy to work with!!
(And no....I'm not his mother!! 🤣)

Daniel recently replaced our water heater. In addition to scheduling quickly, Daniel talked us through potential problems and expertly prepared us for the installation. He and John exceeded my expectations in regards to the installation. They were punctual, efficient, quiet, and did top-notch work for a fair price. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Absolutely top-notch service from start to finish! Hall of Fame HVAC Co. truly lives up to its name. Daniel Romero was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything in simple terms and followed through with quality work and genuine care.
If you’re looking for someone who treats your home like their own, look no further. I would recommend Hall of Fame HVAC Co. to anyone without hesitation!

Our AC was struggling during the July 2025 heat wave. Daniel was incredibly prompt, helpful, and transparent. He even waited while I finished a work meeting so he could thoroughly explain the issue, the fix he was going to do, and discuss the cost. I really appreciated his honesty! The fix ended up being ~$200 less than the original estimate.

Highly recommend

We had a great experience with Hall Of Fame HVAC. Chris did an excellent job installing our new furnace and AC unit. He was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. The whole process was smooth and fairly quickly from start to finish, and we’re very happy with the quality of the work. Highly recommend!

Second time using Hall of Fame HVAC and my experience was the same as the first time. Excellent communication, very professional and friendly, and a job well done!

Great group of entrepreneurs working hard and actually giving good service in a time where that is rare! Daniel took such good care of us. We had a check up and after had a warranty issue. They got my part, came back out the day it arrived and fixed the issue at no extra charge when they could have charged me. Thanks!

Our A/C stopped working unexpectedly. Hall of Fame came out as soon as possible and had our A/C working in less than an hour. Great and honest company. Will continue to call Daniel for out HVAC needs.

I highly recommend Hall of Fame HVAC! Before calling Daniel, I spoke with three other companies, but he immediately stood out as very professional and trustworthy. He completed the job on time, explained everything in detail, and gave me a lot of useful information. What impressed me most is that he truly cares about the quality of his work rather than just money. The whole process was smooth, and I feel confident recommending him to anyone who needs reliable HVAC service 🌟🌟🌟.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. Excellent local business. Everything was very straightforward and smooth. Superior craftsmanship. Welcoming personalities from all the men working in my home. Nothing changed from the quote to the final invoice. We will be lifetime customers.
