Reviews of local pros in Naperville, Illinois

I would highly recommend Pete! He is a one man wrecking crew. His work is thorough, timely, and tells you how it is. He did such a great job with our window cleaning, that I scheduled him again for gutter cleaning. Thank you Pete!

Pete is courteous and professional. We hired him to power wash our house, clean our gutters, and windows. We are very happy with the results and highly recommend him!

I found Pete by looking through a local magazine. Pete indicated that he had been doing this work for over 30 years. Based on that I decided to give him a try. The service he performed was absolutely the best power washing of my deck, deck railings, small aggregate patio and sidewalk. He was very professional and provided a very high quality of work. I will definitely use Pete for future jobs at my home.

Pete did an awesome job power washing my white house and concrete patio. He was very responsive when I called and left him a message. Called back within minutes! He was even able to come out THAT day, due to a job postponement at another home. There were a few things (that I noticed the next morning) which still looked a little dirty after he completed the work. I emailed him about it and he promptly replied and came back the next day to make sure I was totally satisfied with his work. He also gave me several suggestions about things regarding my home, as a new homeowner, which I greatly appreciated. Pete’s took the time to explain the work he was doing in the process, including the materials he was using on my home.He also connected me with other trustworthy people in different industries for future use. Thank you Pete for a job well done!!!

Pete was by far one the most dedicated owners of a business that I've seen in a long time. He is passionate about his work and takes the satisfaction of his customers very seriously.

We walked the house and he thoroughly explained what was needed and was very fair and upfront with pricing. He completed the job in a timely manner and gave helpful suggestions on how to manage your home for other home improvement items.

I would definitely recommend Powerhouse! All the best Pete!

We have used Powerhouse for many years now and have always been happy with the results. Pete is fair, friendly and will do his best work every time. He makes our siding look brand new and also helped remove efflorescence from our brick patio pavers.

Had the experience of meeting Pete. What a great guy!! He really knows his business and has been doing it a very long time. He soft washed our gutters, facia, and soffits and came out looking like new!! Also did our patio pavers, sidewalk, and stones under our gate. Did the brick in front and the garage doors. We are very happy that we used him and will definitely use again!! Can definitely recommend him.

Pete cleaned up all the pavers and cement surrounding my pool and was able to do a screened in patio area and the front walkway as well. It looks great, friendly and does good work. Recommend

Pete did an exceptional job, start to finish.

We had our new house and windows powerwashed and Pete was clear about expectations upfront, and went above and beyond to clean the home, even getting moss from really tight spots. You can tell he really cares about the product because of his attention to detail and rigor to ensure the home remains in sustainible condition. The brick and vinyl has never looked better.

Top to bottom, the exterior of our house looks transformed. Gutters look brand new. We're really excited to leverage Powerhouse again in the future and could not recommend Pete enough.

Pete was power washing on the deck balcony and a garage door. It looks great! Pete was very polite and very professional. I would recommend you call him for your outside cleaning needs.

Pete took great care of us. We’ve been in our first home for a little over a year and are trying to learn how to maintain the outside of our home. He picked up my call within a few rings and found time quickly in his schedule. No question went unanswered and spent the time our property needed to bring it back to life.

Pete did an excellent job of power washing our deck which had been overrun with block mold. He completed the work on the wood and the tech deck portion. In addition, he cleaned our windows while he was back there. Highly recommend his work. Great Job!

Pete did a wonderful job soft washing the entire house, cleaned all the windows, and his work is excellent. This is a top notch company that does very professional work. I highly recommend Powerhouse. Thanks again Pete for a job well done.

Pete was great from the start. We had to reschedule due to weather and he still managed to get us in before a party we were hosting. He was knowledgeable and thorough. My only complaint is now our siding looks so good I’m going to struggle to convince my husband to replace it.

Pete at Powerhouse was great to work with on my housecleaning project. He "soft-washed" my house and cleaned my patio as well. Everything looks brighter and cleaner with my house and patio. Pete took great care of my property and I would highly recommend him and his company

I called Pete in January after being egged by some teenagers. Within two days of my initial phone call, Pete got his equipment out of storage and got the house clean and looking great. I have to say also that the price was exactly what I thought it should be for the work being done and I even gave him a little extra as an added thank you. Highly recommended.

5 Star Service all the way! Pete is truly a caring professional who has great pride in his workmanship. We’ve had him out twice so far. This time he cleaned the siding on the entire house, plus my sidewalk, deck, deck railings, and aggregate concrete. It was astounding to see the difference, looked like a new house!
I highly recommend Pete-you will be in good hands with his knowledge, expertise and diligence!

Pete did a great job our our new home we purchased. His power washing gave it that new look, cleaned up the windows and screens. He was there when he said he would be there and was a great guy to work with. I highly recommend him for your power washing needs!

We had mold and dirt building up on the siding. The crew took care of it quickly, and the difference is stunning. They also cleaned the driveway and made it look like it was just poured..
