Tree reviews in Naperville, Illinois

They were on time and provided a phenomenal service!

Used Phenix tree several times in the past five years.. Resonable prices and prompt services. Would use them again.

Excellent service! Affordable and reliable. Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking to clean up and trip their landscape.

Best to go place for your tree service needs. Gerson is very knowledgeable, friendly and will work his best to try and stay within your budget. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent service and very responsive! Would recommend

They have consistently done great work for us: tree trimming, limb removal and most recently a sump pipe burial. Thank you!

We have 5 very large old maple trees in our yard. Over the past 25 years, there has been 4 major storms which have caused large limbs to fall. Every time we have called on Gerson. He is promt, professional, knowledgeable, safe, clea, insured and reasonably priced. We will not use any other....

We’ve used Phoenix Tree Services 4 separate times and each time they have been great!

The Arborist is very friendly and knowledgeable. He earned my trust when he inspected the tree and recommended to trim and make it safe for us. He cares about the environment and is fair with estimates.
Thanks Garson!

Gerson is super professional and knows his trees and shrubbery! I have a large property in Hinsdale with huge old trees. He’s always super careful about cutting back and he and his employees do a great job cleaning up. Ive used Phoenix several times now and have always been very happy!

Gerson is truly knowledgeable about trees and plants; his expertise is impressive. I will always recommend his services. Additionally, Jose is very professional, providing the best service I've experienced in a long time.

Thank you both for the amazing service! My trees have never looked happier.

Had them over last fall to trim up 4 of my trees, they did Great work, they were fast and tidy no mess left behind. I Was extremely satisfied and will definitely be using them again.

Downers Grove, Illinois.

I’ve used Phoenix Tree Services 5 different times for tree removal and trimming. Always quick and cost-effective. Highly recommend to anyone considering!

I have connected with Gerson several years back to remove dead trees from my Naperville yard. And I’ve had his crew trim trees to prevent internal density that kills limbs. The fee is reasonable (who among us is going to strap on and climb a tree to trim it to health?) and they always do exactly what you have asked [them to do]. Hire these guys!

Gerson was really knowledgeable in providing guidance on what kind of work my trees needed, and provided competitive prices vs. competitors. His crew were amazing as well - professional, timely, and cleaned up well. I would definitely recommend Phoenix Tree Services to anyone looking for tree trimming and pruning.

Happy to see you guys are still the True Professionals in Naperville. Once again- thanks for taking care of that demon tree that was eating my whole yard. Fantastic care for my yard on time and within budget. Great job guys!

They came out promptly and gave me a quote which I accepted immediately as the pricing was right as I had other quotes. The day that the work was completed they kept asking me if I was satisfied, the entire crew were professional I have recommended this company to many of my neighbors

I recently had a large branch break off one of my front yard trees, but it was still partially hanging and posed a safety concern. I called Phoenix Tree Service, and within just a couple of hours, they were on-site and handled the situation with speed and precision. They made a clean cut at the break point, safely removed the large branch, and chipped the debris on the spot.

I was extremely impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism. This isn’t the first time I’ve used Phoenix Tree Service — in the past, they’ve also removed fully grown trees and stumps from my property. Each time, they’ve been efficient, careful, and consistently delivered high-quality work.

Highly recommend them if you're looking for reliable and skilled tree service professionals.

Phoenix Tree Services is the best! They’re always there when I need them and make everything super easy. The crew is friendly, quick, and always does a great job. I really appreciate how dependable they are every time!

As my property nears its 50th birthday, much of the original landscaping has reached its natural end. On two occasions I’ve had Phoenix Tree Service remove trees that were in danger of falling down. My interactions have always been positive, from the office, to the arborist, to the crew. They do great work, clean up well, and charge a fair price. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree service!

Great service. We had them remove a diseased tree and replace it with a beautiful one. They helped us make a difficult decision easy in choosing a perfect replacement. They care about their customers and it shows in the professional service they provide. We will recommend them to anyone. You won’t be disappointed.
