Tree reviews in Naperville, Illinois

Phoenix removed and grinded a tree stump for me for a very reasonable and competitive price. The work was done in a timely and efficient manner. They also trimmed A large birch tree. I was very impressed with the arborist who gave me honest information regarding the condition of my trees.

Impressed with their attention to detail for tree contractors.

The convenience and efficiency of Millennium Tree Service Co are unmatched. I found a reliable tree removal service in no time, and they did an outstanding job.

Millennium Tree Service Co contractors demonstrated professionalism throughout the entire project. They communicated effectively and completed the job to my satisfaction.

That lady Andrea who answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional, she needs to improve her attitude with customers. Besides, she doesn't know anything about plants either. Terrible customer service. Get a better person with better communication skills and more experience in the business.

Highly recommend! They cut down 4 trees and removed 4 stumps as well a trimmed a tree up for us. They were very efficient and did a good job cleaning up when they were done. I would highly recommend using them for your tree service!

Excellent Tree service!

They did a fantastic job trimming trees in my yard, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

They did an excellent job trimming a huge tree in my backyard. Have used them a couple of times before to remove trees. I highly recommend them. Wouldn't use anyone else!

I am very picky and they did a great job. Cleaned up beautifully! I had four pines taken out and stumps grinded. Fast and efficient. I highly recommend.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Hired them to trim trees and in doing so they damaged my fence. I did not find this damage till after I had paid them and they had left. I contacted them and they requested I send pictures of the damage to them via text which I did and they now no longer answer or return any calls or texts.

Our neighborhood was hit by back to back storms. Part of our tree was split. They immediately came out gave an estimate and had the job done within 24 hours. They removed the split and trimmed the tree. The team did a wonderful job and highly recommend it. Thank you

Have used Lopez Tree Service for years but recently had a large project with 20+ trees removed, several large trees trimmed up & away from house and stumps ground. Luis & Team were amazing: done in 5 hours, cleaned everything completely and hauled away all trees/debris. I would highly recommend Lopez Tree Service for your next tree project.

Reasonable price to cut down a tree and trim another one.

Received estimate and decided to move forward with trimming. Initial estimate included trimming back two trees with overhanging into my yard and a tree that was hanging over a neighbors yard. Trimming was not complete. Branches were never removed that hung over my neighbors property. My iron fence was also damaged when a large branch fell on it. I called regarding damage and no one has yet to call me back. Would not recommend.

No need to look anywhere else. Been dealing with Lopez Tree since 2018. They are quite reasonable in price and have the equipment to do the high trees. And importantly, they are insured. Luis estimates and also comes to the job to supervise as well. Workers know what they are doing. No worries there!

You guys helped me out instantly on the spot when I really needed someone. We are extremely satisfied!!! I just want to give the young man(didn't catch his name)that scaled the tree and combed each branch the upmost respect!!!! He was all about safety and scaled It like a pro, I'm speechless!!! Thank you!!!

I have hired Lopez Tree twice in the past two years for storm damage on trees in my Naperville yard. They are very prompt, priced reasonably, and clean up the yard very thoroughly when the job is completed. I highly recommend Lopez Tree Service for any tree related trimming or removal. I will call them first, if I need any future tree trimming.

I'm very happy with the prompt service from the folks at Lopez Tree Service. Yesterday afternoon I noticed on of my huge trees had cracked at the base and might possibly fall on the utility lines. Lopez came out immediately and gave me an estimate, and this morning the tree was removed. Thank you!

Lopez Lifesavers!

Multiple consecutive hurricanes, but especially and most recently Milton, did a number on us in the Tampa Bay area. Services have been overwhelmed. The 3 local companies who quoted us for removing one large oak (that was dangerously close to toppling) and cleaning up 2 others were weeks away from getting to our job.

Luis, from out-of-state, stopped by the day before yesterday, gave us his bid with insurance certificate, and his crewed showed up yesterday. They spent half the day doing our job and then spent the rest of the day working next-door.

The artistry and incredible teamwork of the Lopez crew was nothing short of amazing!

We had Steve Piper & Sons out to remove 2 very large spruce trees in our yard. The process from quote to completion was fantastic. Prompt, fast and courteous. The trees were removed with care and absolute precision, leaving barely a small dent in our lawn. Will most definitely be using them on all our tree services.
