Rob arrived early, which worked out perfectly for me. He was thorough in the diagnostics and finding the part that was malfunctioning. He was here about 1.5 hrs from start to finish. Price was reasonable and I'm 1 happy customer to have consistent heat again. Thanks, Zark!

We had a new AC unit and a new furnace installed on July 22. Also, a new WiFi thermostat. Rob & Zack did a great job showed up to the job on time and they were done in about 5 hours. We have used Zark four or five years now for cleaning and check for our AC unit and our furnace. But it was time for new units. Are units were 25+ years old it was time. What me and my wife liked most was Rob made our whole experience hassle-free when buying new units. They also offer multiple packages and ZERO finance.

I called Zark at 3:47pm when I was at work and noticed my heat inside my home had dropped to 58 degrees and wasn’t increasing. It was -1 degrees outside. The woman who answered was friendly and professional and said she could get someone out there in about 10 min. Zack pulled in as I got home, looked at the furnace and immediately found and fixed the issue. My heat was up and running within 10 min. He explained everything to me, also told me about a couple other services they offer that I could benefit from (not in a salesman sort of way). He was extremely polite and professional. This is my 2nd time working with them (1st time was when I purchased a new AC unit from them). I would recommend Zark Heating & Cooling to anybody as they are my first choice.

Zark sent Zach out to our home three times within 48 hours to make sure our heating issue was fully resolved. Zach was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was clean, properly adjusted, and running correctly. The team responded quickly to our calls and texts (even responding late at night! Shoutout to Kristy their dispatcher 😊) and stayed with the problem until it was completely fixed. This was an issue we had struggled with for three winters, and we’re so grateful to finally have it solved!

I had an older furnace that went out and needed some maintence to get it back to working condition. Called the number and was able to get someone to come out the next day. Bill came out and diagnosed and fixed the issue all in one day. He was very nice and patient and explained everything and also gave us some recommendations for when we replace our furnace.
