I've relied on this company for years, and their service hasn't let me down. Chris, Randy, and Christian, among others, are skilled professionals who get the job done efficiently. One day's notice was appreciated - I just had to show up with the necessary parts. The heat index was sweltering that day, but our air con was a godsend. Thankfully, they were able to complete the work despite the challenging conditions.

The RCM did an excellent job on our new furnace, arriving promptly within 20 minutes. They also provided us with temporary space heaters during the recent cold spell, showing a thoughtful touch. The team's great customer service is notable, and it's always easy to get in touch with them. Overall, they're a trustworthy and reliable company to work with.
