This company is top-notch. They clearly explained my choices and have kept our HVAC system in great shape for years. Their recent installation of a humidifier and air purifier was flawless. The price and financing options were also very reasonable. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with their service. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable professionals.

Be wary of this company. They're not to be trusted with their work. I had issues with the installation they did for me in June 2024, which was supposed to include a new thermostat. Instead, they claimed it was a separate problem and made more money off of it. The owner, Chad, was the one who came up with the idea to add an extra wire, but I warned him against it.
As he was checking on the installation, he ended up rigging the wire himself. When I told him not to do that, he said it was necessary because the thermostat required a fifth wire. However, this wasn't true - the thermostat never needed a fifth wire. In fact, taking the fan wire off the common was the correct solution all along.
I took Chad's statement to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General, but both of them were met with lies. I eventually had another company investigate and they confirmed that Chad had indeed rigged the wire, which is against the law. It's unacceptable that he gets away with this behavior.
If you're considering using this company for your home services needs, be cautious. They may try to take advantage of you like I did. Don't let them convince you that a simple problem requires a complex solution. Do your research and don't trust their word alone.
